Chapter 7 - Chapter 6

Rosie

The smell of cooking onions and garlic filled the hair. She was almost salavating. The ground beef was cooking with the tomatoes. It was time to cook the pasta. Josie was going to be working all evening so incase she was hungry later Rosie decided to make double but even that was too much, the fridge was small too small and the sauce wouldn't last long. She was in belwilderment. Whilst she was in her bewildered state she heard a light thud coming from the hallway.

She went to check what the noise was perhaps it was the cat but to her surprise it was Blade. He was clutching the banister. Rosie chuckeled and said 'Well would you look at that have you changed your mind?' Blade nervously smiled. He began to fall. Rosie managed to catch him in time. Even though she expected it because of his condition and issues she came to the realisation that Blade is extremely underweight. She tried to remain her confident self but she felt guilty, why was it some people ended up the way Blade was? How come she was lucky enough to be privileged? Somehow Blade sensed something was wrong and said 'you okay?' Rosie immediately reverted back to her confident proud self and said 'Ofcourse I am let's get some food!'

Blade looked blankly at her and began clutching his stomach harder like he was trying not to throw up. He was in pain.

Rosie handed him a glass of water and a bowl of pasta.

Blade

Blade was clutching his stomach trying to bear the pain. It felt like his whole inside was eating itself. The bed was soft. He knew he needed food, but he didn't know whether to trust Rosie or not, she was kind and seemed genuine. He felt bad about declining Rosie's offer at first, he wanted to apologise and help her if he could, Blade wouldn't usually help people with nothing in return but he figured that Rosie had already helped him enough and he had to make up for it somehow.

He managed to haul himself up using the wall he was weak and unstable but he wanted to apologise to Rosie.

He struggled his way to the stairs and went side ways down them not wanting to make a sound as he went down them or make more of a mess than he already did.

The aroma of frying onions and tomato filled the air. It smelt good but guilt instantly over took Blade. He didn't want to upset Rosie more. Rosie appeared from the corner. Her figure was warm comforting. She said something but he couldn't quite hear it he was falling. He was losing consciousness. Just as he thought he was about to hit the ground he didn't. Rosie caught him. He got swung back into reality. He noticed Rosie's expression change from a usually happy and jokey expression to a lost in thought almost sad expression. Unsure of what to do next Blade proceeds to ask if she is okay. And almost as if something snapped inside of her Rosie was quick to respond in a happy cheery voice which Blade found very strange and they made their way to the kitchen.

Rosie sat him down on a chair the pain in his stomach was kicking in again he felt sick. Nausea was making it hard for him to concentrate on what Rosie was doing but he could see that she was humming to herself as she was preparing.
