"Don't you think you're being a little harsh?" Nolan asked, rolling his eyes.
"Humph! It's your own fault. Just looking at your face is enough to make me angry," Seria retorted with a cold snort.
Luna smiled awkwardly as she watched them argue.
She didn't know why her grandmother disliked the Singularity of Chaos so much, but one thing was clear. There had to be some history between them.
"Come on, Grandma. Don't be so rude," Luna said, trying to lighten the mood. "The Singularity of Chaos helped me get home, and he's here because he has something important to discuss. Besides, he's our guest. At least let's welcome him properly."
Seria's expression softened a little. The irritation on her face slowly faded, replaced by a trace of embarrassment.
Even so, she hid it well and replied calmly, "I understand. I'm sorry."
"Pfft!" Nolan chuckled but quickly covered his mouth when he felt Seria's icy glare.
Seria let out an annoyed huff and turned away.
"Let's go."
