"Y-Yuria… Is that you?" Zerathos called out in a hoarse voice.
Yuria froze, then grasped his right hand tightly.
"Y-Yes, Your Majesty! It's me, Yuria! Are you all right?" she asked, her voice shaking.
"Ugh…" Zerathos groaned, trying to sit up, but his body refused to cooperate.
Every muscle felt stiff and sore, like his bones had been crushed from the inside.
"Please be careful, Your Majesty. You haven't fully recovered yet," Yuria said anxiously, quickly supporting him so he could sit up.
Once Zerathos was propped against the headboard, he let out a long, tired breath and looked at her weakly.
"What happened? Tell me."
Yuria nodded and began explaining everything that had taken place after he lost consciousness.
But since she hadn't actually seen the fight between Zerathos and the mysterious man, her explanation came out scattered and uncertain, as if she were trying to piece together something she hadn't fully understood.
