Elda and Erin
Erin slowly turned away.
Erin: "Fine. I'll talk with Uncle." 😑
She started walking away.
Elda's eyes widened.
Elda: "No... no! Erin, please wait!" 😱
She hurried after her.
Elda: "Listen to me! I was wrong. You can punish me if you want, but please..."
Her voice trembled.
Elda: "Don't tell my father." 😥
Suddenly—
Elda: "AHHHHH!" 😱
Her foot slipped on the wet leaves, and she fell forward.
THUD!
When Elda opened her eyes, she discovered that she was lying on top of Erin.
Erin: "GET OFF ME, MRS. QUEEN!" 😡
Elda: "I'm trying!"
Erin: "I'm not like you! I respect everyone, regardless of their position. Just stay away from me!"
Both quickly stood up.
However, they immediately noticed something strange.
Their hands were connected by a metallic device that had locked around their wrists during the fall.
Elda: "What the...?" 😶
Erin: "What the...?" 😶
They tried pulling their hands apart.
Nothing happened.
Erin: "What kind of ridiculous thing is this?!"
Elda: "How am I supposed to know?!"
After several unsuccessful attempts, Elda finally sighed.
Elda: "I think we should talk properly. Please listen to me." 🥺
A tear slipped down her cheek.
Erin froze.

She finally understood that Elda wasn't afraid because she was the Queen.
She was afraid because she cared about her father.
Everyone knew how much Elda's father had sacrificed for the kingdom. Erin understood that fear of disappointing someone who had given everything for you.
Her anger slowly faded.
Erin: "..."
She sat beneath a nearby tree, staring at a small stone beside her.
Memories of her childhood and family flooded her mind.
Tears fell from her eyes.
Erin: "Why does everything have to end like this...?" 😢
Elda quietly watched her.
Elda (thinking): I really made a mistake... 😞
For once, the Shadow Queen had no idea how to fix the damage she had caused.
And to make matters worse, she was now literally attached to the person she had hurt.
What a terrible day.

Meanwhile, Adam was walking through the forest, happily humming to himself.
Adam: "Lallalla... lalala..." 😁
Adam: "I wonder which BL novel I should read next!"
Suddenly—
Voice: "Grrrrrr..." 👿
Adam stopped.
Adam: "Wait... what was that?" 😣
He looked around nervously.
Nothing.
Adam: "Okay, maybe it was just an animal."
He nodded confidently and continued walking.
Voice: "GRRRRRRR!" 👿
Adam's confidence disappeared.
Adam: "NOPE!"
He immediately started running.
Adam: "WHY DID I COME HERE ALONE?! I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH ASHLEY!" 😰
While running, he noticed a strange light between the trees.
Adam: "A light?" 🤔
Curiosity overcame his fear.
He cautiously approached it.
Adam: "Hello? Is someone there?"
The light flickered.
Before Adam could step into the clearing, something suddenly grabbed him from behind.
Adam: "NOOOOOOOO!!" 😱
He desperately struggled, but the mysterious creature dragged him into the darkness.
Adam: "SOMEBODY HELP ME!"
His voice echoed through the forest before disappearing completely.
The light flickered once.
Then vanished.
