Naruto stomped the ground, and a huge crack instantly spread out in front of Sasuke, who had just jumped to land.
Sasuke raised an eyebrow. Was Naruto using such force to try and kill him?
But Naruto's message was received clearly—he was just showing his growth and his confidence that he wouldn't lose to Sasuke.
In the battle at the Valley of the End, Naruto saw how incredible Sasuke's power was. Besides being shocked, he also felt a strong sense of unwillingness.
The rivalry between Asura and Indra continued to be passed down through their reincarnations; each generation's reincarnate was the least willing to admit defeat in front of the other.
Naruto was the same. He regarded Sasuke as his most important companion, but since their ninja school days, Naruto had refused to let Sasuke surpass him.
Despite many others in the school performing better than Naruto, the only one Naruto disliked was Sasuke, because of that special bond they shared.
So, Naruto, having endured Whitebeard's extreme training, not only mastered the power of Haki but also gained a portion of the Nine-Tails' power.
But in front of Sasuke, that still wasn't enough!
Naruto stomped the ground and rushed toward Sasuke, his fist wrapped in Armament Haki, ready to strike, but was blocked by a transparent blue-purple ribcage.
Sasuke looked up, proud, and said, "You've gotten stronger, but you still can't catch up to me!"
A skeletal arm reached out to grab Naruto but missed, as Naruto retreated quickly. At his palm, a Rasengan appeared, swirling with black substance, forming four blades!
"Armament Haki — Spiral Shuriken!"
Naruto Uzumaki was a genius. After learning Armament Haki, he quickly developed a new skill—combining Armament Haki with the Rasengan to create a Spiral Shuriken.
Incorporating the attribute change of Chakra into the Rasengan was a challenge even for his father, Minato Namikaze, and Naruto was only able to complete it after mastering his Sage Mode.
This time, Naruto's attempt was to combine Armament Haki with the Rasengan, and surprisingly, the two powers from different worlds integrated very smoothly, allowing him to successfully perform this technique.
Naruto threw the dangerous-looking Spiral Shuriken at Sasuke, making Sasuke suspicious whether Naruto had some hidden agenda.
The Spiral Shuriken spun rapidly and collided with Susanoo's initial form in front of Sasuke, causing a large crack in the transparent ribcage.
The Spiral Shuriken released all its power and exploded with a bang. When the smoke cleared, what appeared was Susanoo wearing the Uchiha Tengu armor.
Naruto panted, supporting his knees. He had indeed become much stronger. That Armament Haki Spiral Shuriken alone was enough to challenge many in the ninja world.
But growth takes time. To reach this level in such a short time was already incredible.
His Haki and stamina were nearly exhausted from that last move. Even with Sage Mode, he needed some time to recover.
He looked up with a smile and said, "It's still not enough, but I will never admit defeat, Sasuke. One day, I will surpass you!"
Sasuke was also shocked by Naruto's move. Naruto didn't like to absorb the Chakra of the predecessors like himself; just relying on his own effort to gain such strength was truly astonishing.
But Sasuke had long known Naruto was special, so his unnecessary emotions faded. He said with a smirk, "What a joke. I won't be caught up by your trashy tricks!"
Whitebeard watched the scene with a hearty laugh. The bond between these two little guys proved their deep friendship, making him recall some old friends.
Ace squatted nearby, watching Natsu devour a flame with a torch, and couldn't help but show a strange expression.
Although he knew Naruto had the ability to devour flames, seeing someone eat fire like a meal was a bit too shocking for him, a Fire-Fruit user.
At this moment, a wine glass suddenly flew over and smashed into Natsu's head. Without hesitation, Natsu turned around and kicked Gray away.
Gray was pushing Juvia's face, trying to keep her away from himself as she held a fork, feeding him. Suddenly, Natsu ambushed him from behind.
His head plunged straight into a plate in front of him, and when he looked up with a darkened face, he saw Natsu laughing loudly.
Next, the familiar scene of fighting broke out, with Gajeel and others joining in, turning the place into chaos.
Elsa, who had been hit by plates, roasted meat, and tables, also jumped into the fray, and screams and pleas for mercy echoed everywhere.
The members of the Whitebeard Pirates were all stunned. Even they, known for their reckless ways, had never seen such a scene.
Whitebeard was momentarily stunned and then burst into laughter. "What a lively bunch of little guys."
Drake remained calm and took a sip of wine, saying, "Yeah, this is the style of Fairy Tail. Just get used to it!"
Ace approached Drake and pointed at Naruto, who was laughing and spewing fire among the crowd. "This is your so-called little brother. He looks pretty similar to Luffy!"
Drake raised his cup and clinked it with Ace's. "Hopefully, you're not talking about the troublemakers they've caused."
The two big brothers, always worried about their little brothers, exchanged a smile and then started drinking together.
The lively chaos of Fairy Tail also infected the Whitebeard Pirates. Soon, everyone was fighting, and the banquet was already a mess before it even ended.
The next morning, everyone woke up with bruised faces but still smiling.
When they learned that Naruto and the others were doing intense Haki training in Dressrosa, Whitebeard decided to stay a while longer to help.
In terms of Haki level, the Whitebeard Pirates were second to none. Whitebeard himself was one of the few strong men in the sea who mastered Haoshoku Haki, making their help in training invaluable—initially part of Drake's plan.
Haki, after all, isn't something that progresses much through training alone; fighting is the only way to truly improve.
In the original storyline, Luffy trained with Rayleigh for two years, and only in battles against Katakuri and Kaido did he learn Future Sight and Haoshoku Haki, respectively.
The reason was that Luffy could only fight wild beasts during those two years, and once he became strong enough to defeat them, his growth stagnated.
So, what Rayleigh really taught him wasn't just the Wolf Fist of Kaido, but the intense battles that pushed him to his limits.
After learning this, the members of Fairy Tail also happily accepted Whitebeard's special training.
Everyone tacitly avoided using magic, focusing only on the newly learned Haki during battles with Whitebeard's team leaders.
Naruto naturally sought Sasuke as a training partner. When only using Haki, Sasuke suffered a lot.
Seeing Naruto's proud expression, Sasuke was almost furious, but his mastery of Haki stabilized as a result.
The others also experienced similar progress—initial setbacks but noticeable growth.
And so, a month passed in this way!
