Doflamingo squatted and pressed his hand to the ground, and in an instant, the ground rippled before transforming into a mass of white silk threads.
The awakening of a Devil Fruit is a step of evolution where the ability user's innate qualities catch up with the fruit's energy.

Using the power of the flames, Drake chased after him, tearing apart the white silk shield blocking his path.
Doflamingo, blood still on his face, controlled a large amount of white threads to rise again.
"Sixteen Holy Deadly Spears: Divine Punishment!"
Six black spear-shaped threads wrapped in Armament Haki extended from behind Doflamingo at incredible speed, stabbing toward Drake.
Drake's eyes ignited with flames, raising his arm to adopt a punching stance.
"God? Adding the name of God to your move, thinking you can become a god? Or are you still dreaming of regaining the Dragon God's status? What a pathetic fool!"
"Azure Lotus Flame!"
Flames erupted, devouring all sixteen black threads, and after swallowing Doflamingo, he directly crashed into the Birdcage over Dressrosa, igniting it.
On this day, the Birdcage imprisoning Dressrosa was burned to nothing by the flames.
