Lin Fan woke up, stepped out of the room, and saw the manor's butler respectfully waiting outside the door.
"Mr. Lin, you're awake. Breakfast has been prepared for you. The master is waiting in the living room. Please, Mr. Lin, enjoy it in the dining room," the butler bowed, as if serving a prince.
Lin Fan felt a bit embarrassed, smiled, and said, "No need to be so formal."
He then followed the butler to the living room.
In the living room, Allen was sitting on the sofa, nervously staring at his phone. On seeing Lin Fan, Allen quickly stood up to greet him, "Good morning, Mr. Lin."
Lin Fan replied, "Good morning."
Allen smiled and asked, "Did you sleep well last night, Mr. Lin?"
Lin Fan said, "It was okay, but you don't seem to have slept well."
Allen's dark circles were quite obvious, suggesting he didn't sleep well last night and woke up early, staring at his phone, waiting for a call.
