At around eleven o'clock in the morning, the Binhai City Government, Health and Welfare Committee, Ministry of Education, and Binhai University signed an agreement to relocate Binhai University Medical School in the presence of hundreds of guests.
All parties promised to invest substantial resources to make Binhai University Medical School an international first-class medical school.
Afterwards, Binhai University's President Pan Xinli and Anlin Hospital's Dean Gong Xuepeng signed a deep cooperation agreement between Bin University Medical College and Anlin Hospital.
According to this agreement, Anlin Hospital will become the teaching hospital of Bin University Medical College.
Meanwhile, both sides will implement sharing in laboratories, medical equipment, information resources, and maximize cooperation in teaching, research, and personnel exchange.
After signing the two agreements, a buffet-style luncheon hosted by the City Government began.
