After leaving the hotel, Lin Mu got into the car and made a call to the old man. To mobilize local troops and have them willingly follow Lin Mu's plans, Lin Mu currently lacks the authority, but if the old man steps in, it would be entirely different, so it's just a matter of a phone call.
Lin Mu called the old man without hesitation, and Elder Lin indicated there was no problem and would immediately contact the local troops. After hanging up, Lin Mu drove toward the Zhengzhou Military Region, and after approximately twenty minutes, he arrived at the Zhengzhou Sub-military Region.
Apparently, the military district had received Elder Lin's order. Lin Mu explained the situation, and the guard made a call to let Lin Mu inside.
He was greeted by a lieutenant in the military sub-district named Zhong Ruihe.
"Hello, Colonel Lin."
"Hello, Comrade Zhong."
