Nesanel recognized the man's identity, extended his hand kindly, and then asked, "Where's Fabien? I thought it would be him hosting me today."
"The Order Officer is waiting for you at the Supreme Hub with the Ancestral Council," the Duke of Conquest replied with a smile.
Nesanel detected the subtlety in his words and pressed on, "Just me? Only me?"
