Sebastian knew very well that Thor understood he had taken everything valuable from Odin's Vault. In fact, this was also Odin's instruction before his death.
As Hela said, the original Asgard was built on blood and plunder. If Thor wanted to maintain the status quo, there would be no problem with that. But if Thor wanted to create a better Asgard, then he would need to rebuild a truly clean Asgard and make the new realm more glorious than before.
Before his death, Odin told Sebastian that he could use anything in Asgard's treasury. He also told Thor before his death that if Sebastian needed the remaining treasures in Asgard, Thor should give them all to him. Otherwise, they would be destroyed anyway when the realm was reborn. Even if Asgard no longer needed those things, there was no need to completely destroy them. They could be given to those who needed them more.
As friends, Thor and Sebastian kept some things unspoken between themselves, maintaining a tacit understanding. This served as a kind of unspoken agreement: Thor would hand over the last remnants of old Asgard to Sebastian, and Sebastian would provide aid to the newly born Asgard, helping it rebuild as quickly as possible.
Perhaps at other times, Sebastian, due to his position and relationship with Thor, would have hesitated to accept such a tremendous gift from Asgard.
However, now, with the looming threat from the dimensional Lords and their demonic forces, Sebastian needed to maximize his resources to ensure the success of his plans. Therefore, Sebastian ultimately chose to accept Odin's gift and strike a deal with Thor.
Of course, this deal was not made between Sebastian and Thor as friends. Rather it was between Sebastian Shaw, a member of the Illuminati and the Headmaster of Hogwarts, and Thor Odinson, the Lord of Asgard. There was no personal connection between the two parties in this transaction.
Sebastian and Thor walked out together along the only passage currently leading out of Asgard. They emerged onto this Nordic island on Earth. Looking at the environment, it was not particularly hospitable. Winter lasted approximately nine months of the year here. However, for the Asgardians who had endured numerous disasters, the tranquility and peace here fulfilled their greatest aspirations.
"Sebastian, will there be any problems if we occupy this island?"
"You will not be discovered for a while. And even if you were discovered, with a group of people living on an uninhabited island, you would simply be considered the original inhabitants. There would not be any major problems for now.
However, there are some legal matters that need to be resolved. After the upcoming Illuminati meeting, you and Reed can go to the World Security Council to address these issues. The Inhuman issue was resolved successfully before, so I am certain Asgard will not have any problems either."
At this point, Sebastian suddenly realized that Earth was truly becoming a multi-ethnic planet.
Humans, Atlanteans, Inhumans, and the newly arrived Asgardians—it was truly a mixed collection of civilizations.
"Sebastian, I will settle my people here first. Fortunately, we have excellent physical capabilities and can build simple houses for us to live in within a very short time. We can also go out fishing to make a living temporarily, but we still need your support for supplies."
Patting Thor on the shoulder firmly, Sebastian said to him directly, "Do not worry about that. I will go back shortly and have Tony's Iron Legion send you enough resources within an hour. This includes food, water, clothes, tents, building materials and other necessities. There will be no shortage. What else do you need?"
Hearing Sebastian's words, Thor coughed lightly and whispered to Sebastian somewhat embarrassedly, "If possible, bring me some alcohol. The more the better. Bring me seventeen or eighteen barrels first and I will make do with that for now. We Asgardians can lack anything, but we cannot lack alcohol. It is a pity that we cannot find ale brewed by the Dwarves of Nidavellir now."
Sighing helplessly at Thor's priorities, Sebastian waved to Thor. He turned around, transformed into a twisted vortex of magic, and disappeared on the spot.
Watching Sebastian depart, Thor returned to his new role as the monarch of Asgard. He commanded his subjects to build makeshift homes, hunt on the islands, and fish in the ocean. For the sturdy Asgardians, these tasks were easily accomplished even without proper tools. They required only simple sharp wooden sticks. Everything flowed smoothly under Thor's leadership.
Sebastian, on the other hand, went directly to Tony Stark. He explained the situation in Asgard and provided the coordinates of the Nordic island. After this, he returned to Hogwarts to organize and catalog everything he had obtained from Odin's Vault.
Just as Asgard had descended upon Earth, two spaceships, one large and one small, arrived at Asgard's former location in space. Inside the smaller spaceship, Peter Quill looked around in confusion. He gazed at the empty space before him with bewilderment. He picked up his communicator and connected to the larger ship's frequency.
"Loki, you said Asgard is here?"
There was a long silence on the other side before Loki's voice finally rang out with confusion.
"Yes, it should be here. I am absolutely certain there is no mistake in the coordinates. I am also very curious why Asgard is not at its location."
At this time, Asgard had been completely closed by Thor and had become a sealed sub-dimension. It only maintained a single channel connecting to Earth. Unless someone possessed extremely outstanding abilities in spatial manipulation and could forcibly open a portal—which was equivalent to breaking through the dimensional wall to enter someone else's home—it was impossible to find Asgard's new location.
Loki stared at the empty space before him. A look of genuine doubt crossed his face for the first time. He pondered for a long moment, then finally said to Peter, "Peter, let us head directly to Earth instead. Sebastian Shaw is definitely with my brother Thor. We might not be able to locate Asgard right now, but if we go to Earth, we will definitely find someone who knows how to contact Sebastian Shaw!"
Peter nodded immediately in agreement. "Yes, that makes perfect sense. Let us go to Earth now. It is not too far from here, and we can reach it in about half a day with a space jump.
But I think we should be careful and not cause any big disturbance. Otherwise, according to Sebastian, there are powerful protectors guarding Earth. They do not seem to be easy to deal with at all."
"Of course, you are absolutely right," Loki said outwardly, but his expression clearly disagreed with being cautious, though he did not say it out loud.
With that agreement, the group immediately took control of two spaceships, one large and one small. They set course and headed towards Earth.
