But—
Koa Jackson didn't tell her proactively, probably because he didn't want her to know. So she decided to pretend not to know, but she really missed Koa Jackson, so she thought of giving him a call to see how he was doing.
As soon as the call connected and she heard his voice, she wanted even more to be with him.
Mia Ginger smiled and said, "Do you have plans tonight? Why don't you come over to Cloudy Capital and stay, how about it?"
"Hmm," Koa Jackson hesitated a bit, "I can't come over tonight, I can't get away."
"Is that so?" There was regret in Mia Ginger's voice.
Koa Jackson just chuckled and said softly, "I'll keep you company next weekend."
"Alright then." Mia Ginger thought he had matters to handle, so she didn't force him and chatted for a bit more before reluctantly hanging up the phone.
Koa Jackson took off his headset, and the smile on his face disappeared.
He was a bit distracted.
All the way, he drove his car to Cloudy Capital.
