"Cut the nonsense."
Qin Muni placed the diced dough on the baking tray, then walked past Xu Yisen to the oven. She opened it, placed the tray inside, set the time and temperature, then turned back to the counter.
She tidied the counter, then turned to Xu Yisen and asked, "Xu Yisen, feeling interested? Shall I play a violin solo for you?"
"To hear my dear wife play the violin personally is the greatest honor."
Qin Muni lightly flicked his forehead with her finger and laughed, "You're just a chatterbox. Go wait for me in the living room, I'll get the violin from the music room."
"Alright."
Qin Muni left the kitchen first and went to the music room upstairs to retrieve the violin Xu Yisen had gifted her on her birthday last year.
When she came downstairs, Xu Yisen was already seated on the sofa waiting for her.
"I haven't practiced lately. I might be a bit rusty. Remind me if I hit a wrong note."
Xu Yisen nodded, "Alright."
