Qin Muni and Xu Yisen finally stopped their antics in the early morning and fell asleep in each other's arms.
When Qin Muni woke up, Xu Yisen was leaning against the headboard, watching the news on his tablet.
Hearing the movement, he slightly lowered his eyes to look at the freshly awakened Qin Muni. His thin lips unknowingly curled into a soft smile, "Good morning, Mrs. Xu."
"Good morning, Mr. Xu."
Qin Muni reached out and wrapped her arms around Xu Yisen's waist, snuggling her cheek against his chest like a cute, coquettish cat.
"Did you sleep well last night?"
Qin Muni answered with a hint, "If we hadn't been up so late last night, I might have slept better."
Xu Yisen couldn't help but chuckle. He gently reached out to stroke Qin Muni's head before suggesting, "Next time, let's start earlier so we can finish sooner."
"Mr. Xu, how come a patient like you has so much energy?"
"Probably because my Mrs. Xu is so irresistible; I can't help myself."
"Pfft."
