What's going on with the Young Master? What did the master do to Scarlett Yates to make him so angry?
Uncle Spencer pondered as he watched Matthew Saxon's gradually receding figure. It wasn't until he saw him carrying Scarlett Yates down the stairs that Uncle Spencer turned back toward the study.
At the door, he knocked gently twice.
"Come in." Ian Douglas's voice came from inside, sounding quite displeased, tinged with a bit of anger, as if he was upset about something.
Uncle Spencer pushed the door open and walked in.
"Master, what did you do to Miss Yates? I just ran into the Young Master, and he seemed very angry."
Matthew Saxon had transferred all his anger onto him, which showed just how furious he was.
Recalling Scarlett Yates's pale, bloodless face, Uncle Spencer furrowed his brows, hesitated for a few seconds, and asked in surprise, "Master, did you physically punish Miss Yates?"
If that were the case, it wouldn't be good, and no wonder the Young Master was so angry.
