Slap—
Her hand seemed to hit something, making a very loud sound.
But Scarlett Yates still didn't wake up. After delivering the slap, she turned over and mumbled discontentedly, "Damn mosquito, so noisy. If you keep it up, I'll slap you to death."
That slap landed right on Matthew Saxon's face.
Five finger marks instantly appeared on his fair, handsome face.
The culprit turned over and continued to sleep soundly. Matthew paused for a few seconds with the five red finger marks on his face, then resignedly sighed softly.
Even in her sleep, she hits and talks tough. It seems his future little wife doesn't have a great temper, at least not as obedient and gentle as she appears on the surface.
Even though he got slapped, Matthew graciously picked her up and headed to the bathroom.
This wasn't the first time he had bathed her.
In Z Country, on the day she got dead drunk, he was the one who bathed her too.
