Although Watt is not currently back at Morningview Group, he's actually managing the company behind the scenes, and he occasionally goes to the United Kingdom. Watt thinks that this makes it unlikely for Summer Sutton to go to the United Kingdom.
Other than the United Kingdom, there are just a few countries in Europe, which is much easier than looking blindly all over the world.
As it happens, he's already in France. Watt decides to start the search from France.
His first target is South France.
