The call was from Diana, and Summer Sutton had set her call alert with a photo, a photo with a stern face apt for a scolding at the drop of a hat.
Summer Sutton didn't have to answer to know it was bound to be bad news; after some hesitation, she picked up her phone.
"I mean, don't you have any shame?" Diana began with insults as soon as she spoke.
"You're the one who told everyone Adrian was just missing, the one who wouldn't admit his death, and you two haven't even processed your divorce yet! As long as the divorce isn't finalized, you're still part of the Walyon Family!"
"Though I never wanted to acknowledge you as my daughter-in-law from the start, whether I accept you or not doesn't have any legal standing. You're still part of the Walyons, carrying the title of Adrian's wife, and now you're so openly flaunting affection with other men. Summer Sutton, how can you bear it?"
