Summer Sutton just looked at him without saying anything at first.
When he had finished all the food, she curled her lips and suddenly said, "There's a saying: You can't refuse when you're taking someone's offer; you can't criticize when you're eating someone's food. Look, you've eaten the meal I made, so how about letting me stay here for a few days?"
Watt Bennet choked on her words, the last grain of rice stuck in his throat.
Summer Sutton smiled but didn't get stuck on the topic. She quickly finished her meal, and after washing the dishes, she ran upstairs.
She didn't care at all whether Watt wanted her to stay or not. Once upstairs, after being busy for a while, she ran down to the bathroom.
Before showering, while rummaging through the wardrobe for clothes, she asked Adrian, who was sitting in the living room, "Adrian, I brought a lot of pajamas with me. Which one do you want me to wear?"
Watt Bennet was taken aback by her words and corrected her lightly, "Watt Bennet."
