She thought to herself as she carried her son to open the door. As soon as the door opened, seeing the person standing outside, Jiang Xue was pleasantly surprised and said, "Mr. Mu, what brings you here?"
Jiang Xue never expected that Mr. Mu would come by at this moment.
"Xue'er, you've come to Beijing, why not visit me? You made me have to find my way here myself," Mr. Mu said as he walked in.
"Mr. Mu, I just arrived. I was planning to visit you in a couple of days," Jiang Xue laughed and then led Mr. Mu to the living room to sit down. She poured him a glass of water and then asked, "Mr. Mu, I was just about to eat. Have you had lunch?"
Mr. Mu shook his head with a smile, feeling awkward to admit to Jiang Xue that he was here to get a free meal.
Seeing Mr. Mu shake his head, Jiang Xue smiled and said, "Mr. Mu, I didn't cook today. We're having noodles. I was just about to eat them. Would you like some?"
