A small silver-white cub lay on a smooth stone at the entrance of a huge cave, yawning widely under the scorching sun, a physiological tear trickling from the corner of its eye,
adorably shaking its head. The cub rolled on the stone and instantly transformed into a little girl about four or five years old, with a beast skin skirt around her waist.
Shuangshuang, out of boredom, propped her cheeks in her hands, staring into the distance in a daze. In her previous wondrous world filled with various strange intelligent creatures, she had lived to the ripe old age of one hundred and twenty before leaving.
Then, with a blink of an eye, she found herself in another miraculous world.
