When she was a child, she often shared a bed with Finley Sutherland, so she felt completely at ease and natural.
On the other hand, Finley found it difficult to fall asleep, so he nudged the person next to him who was keeping an invisible line between them out of stubbornness. With a gentle voice, he asked, "Iris Seys, what do you want to be when you grow up?"
Iris couldn't sleep either. Her mind was filled with the scary music and little stories Finley had shared with her. As soon as he spoke to her, she responded directly, "I hadn't thought about it before, but suddenly, two days ago, I did. Finley, what do you want to be when you grow up?"
Finley's pupils were deep as he stared at the ceiling, "What I want is—to become someone capable and outstanding like my dad, so that I can..." keep my 'pet' fed.
"Hmm, that's not a big problem. Finley, I'm sure you won't be any less than Father Sutherland in the future."
