"Congratulations, Alex!" Professor Arianna hugged the living sh*t out of the young man as soon as he returned to the contestant's room. "I've always believed in you!"
The corner of Heather's lips twitched as she stared at the Professor. After all, the latter had planned to knock Alex unconscious to ensure he couldn't participate in the Singing King competition!
Fortunately, they mysteriously lost consciousness before they could succeed in their plan, allowing Alex to win the tournament.
"You were really amazing back there, Alex!" Astrea congratulated the young man with a smile. "That song almost sent me to heaven."
"Um… congratulations," Lapiz said, trying to overcome her shyness a bit. "Your song was wonderful, and your singing voice was really good."
"Thank you both," Alex replied. "Didn't I keep on telling you girls that there's nothing to worry about? This win was already in the bag before I even set foot on the stage."
