Over 90% of the Law Wells in the Abyss had vanished. Without an Elemental supporting them, they couldn't keep existing. The Elemental Energies would simply disperse into the surroundings.
The Formation Arrays were working overtime. The Force Changing Formation Arrays were turning off and on, while the Barrier Formation Array had several cracks on it. These cracks made it unstable, but fixing them would cost far too much Energy.
