The storm of Energy focused on Kyle's Soul for the longest. The Domain Realm was all about the Soul, and it was the last Realm that focused on one specific Aspect of Power. Kyle's body had been refined by the Primal Realm. His Center had been refined by the Compression Realm. His mind had been refined by the Wisdom Fire Realm, and the Domain Realm would refine his Soul. After that, all of his Aspects would be refined, and they would be ready to combine in the Fusion Realm, after which his existence would fundamentally change, making him an Immortal.
As Kyle felt the Energy moving through his existence, he felt a new space appear. This new space didn't seem to exist within his body but in some sort of separate reality.
Kyle focused on this new space, and his perception changed as a result.
He looked at the new space, and for the first time, he actually saw his own Soul. Or, more precisely, his Spirit.
