"Be a grown-up! How can you eat the children's snacks? Think before you eat!" Orlenna said to Margaret with disdain while directly dragging her to the bedroom. "Mom, I just want some biscuits. You can just buy them some more."
Although the biscuits were a bit expensive, Margaret believed that Bruce was able to afford such a tiny request by his sons.
Orlenna was annoyed by her sloppy attitude. She glared at Margaret and said, "You want to chew and screw? No way. The money for the biscuits will be deducted from your allowance."
"Mom, how can you do this? My allowance is the most meager in the whole family. Even Henry and Andrew get more than me. Why are you always milking me? It's unfair."
As soon as Margaret finished speaking, she met Orlenna's glare and hurriedly corrected herself. "I mean, you're right. I'm already going to get married. I should not ask you for an allowance anymore. I should ask the Jorgansens for it."
