Christine snorted. "You're quite confident of yourself. The way I see it, Zoey is excellent, and you're at most a cunning businessman with lots of money. Now that I think about it, it seems like you're no match for her."
Leo was rendered speechless by his grandmother.
He looked at Christine and muttered, "Grandma, are you sure about it?"
He was an all-rounder but was told by his grandma that he was a cunning, money-minded businessman. That was ridiculous!
Zoey chuckled at Christine's remark.
"Grandma, I'm totally flattered. I'm not as great as you think I am. I'm still far behind compared to Leo, but I'll work hard to catch up with him. I want us to be seen as a perfect match, instead of me being seen as a mere appendage of his," she said humbly.
Many people had assumed that she was out of Leo's league given her current status, and she had to prove them wrong by showing her accomplishment on par with Leo.
