"We're family." By saying that, Zoey implicated that Shawn did not need to thank her.

Zoey handed Yvonne a tiny black bag. "Here's some medication to treat Shawn's wound. Remember to apply it on his wound three times a day."
"Okay. Thanks for everything, Zoey." Yvonne took the medicine and gave Zoey a hug.
"It's nothing." Zoey smiled humbly.
Compared to what Yvonne had done for her when she was desperate, what she did was not worth mentioning.
