The word "bastard" triggered every brain cell in the members of the Yancey family.
"Darcy, that's enough!" Christine bellowed.
Following that, Iris slammed the table. "Darcy, I'd have given you face out of respect for Old Mrs. Yancey. But since you're so full of yourself, I shall show you the extent of the Yancey family's power."
She then called Hill over. "Hill, call her parents. Let them see for their own eyes how we'll teach their daughter a lesson."
"Please don't..." Darcy was anxious. "Mrs. Yancey, I'm the one who did wrong. Why are you getting my parents involved?"
"Since they don't know how to teach their daughter, I'll have to get them here to see how we do it in the Yancey family," Iris scoffed before asking Hill to go ahead with her instructions.
"Adam, get her up," Leo uttered.
Adam then went up to Darcy and lifted her up before asking, "Mr. Yancey, where do I bring her to?"
"To the basement."
