Ferrero chuckled. "Let's see… how humanity holds onto hope now. That stupid Ivy thought that by making me promise, she would be able to safeguard her family... how naive. If I succeed this time, everyone would die!"

He closed his eyes. The container began to float. Cracks spread across its surface.
