At some point, several additional flames had appeared near the entrance that had previously been guarded by only two goblins. Immediately afterward, goblins began emerging from the crack one after another.
In total, they numbered about fifty.
These goblins were not wearing the heavy iron armor used by the frontline soldiers during the day. Their equipment was clearly lighter, with most carrying short spears and crossbows, and they maintained a certain distance between themselves as they moved.
