The scene began to affect the rogues.
Not just their minds.
Their instincts.
Many of these werewolves had never chosen to become death warriors. They hadn't volunteered to stand on this battlefield and throw themselves against the Tigren Clan. They had been forced into the role, their bodies controlled and their choices stripped away.
And now they were being forced to fight an enemy they knew they couldn't easily defeat.
Everyone knew how powerful the Tigren were individually.
But together?
They were something else entirely.
A coordinated group of Tigren warriors was a force few could confront head-on, and these rogues knew it.
Some of the werewolves mixed into the formation weren't even true rogues. They were fake rogues, wolves who had been placed among them specifically to keep the genuine rogues under control, prevent them from abandoning the plan, and direct their attacks.
They were supposed to be the ones maintaining order.
