[POV - Yuuki Rito] [Center of the Dome - Moment of Attack]

BOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!

The explosion shook the world.

Not just the dome. The world. I felt the shockwaves reverberating through dimensions, tearing the fabric of reality like wet paper.

Calm.

I took a deep breath. Let the chaos around me slow down in my perception.

CRACK. CRACK. CRACK.

Cracks spread across the dome walls in slow motion. Pieces of stone beginning to fall. Screams forming in people's throats. Power exploding from all sides.

But I just... watched.

SHIMMER.

Ajuka's screen showed everything. The army outside. The evil dragons. Rizevim with that smile that made even demons tremble.

And Samael.

That gave me pause.

The Dragon Who Hates Gods. Crucified. Sealed. But still emanating that aura that made divinities writhe in pain just from being near.

Hades, I thought grimly. You're going to regret this.

— BARRIERS! — Serafall shouted, voice cutting through the chaos. — NOW!

WHOMP. WHOMP. WHOMP.

Barriers began to form. Demonic magic from Ajuka. Sacred light from Michael. Norse runes from Odin. All interweaving in a complex web of protection.

Good, I thought. They're reacting well.

But then...

SHIMMER.

Loki appeared.

Not from outside. Inside.

In the middle of the room, smiling like a child who had just stolen cookies.

— Surprise! — he sang cheerfully.

SNAP. SNAP. SNAP.

Three Fenrirs materialized. No, four. Five. Perfect clones of the divine wolf, each as big as a bus, teeth gleaming, saliva dripping on the marble floor.

HISSSSS...

And Midgardsormr. The damn world serpent began to coil around the dome, massive body blocking the light, poison dripping from its scales.

— LOKI! — Göndul roared, sword already in hand. — WHY?! RECONSIDER! THIS WILL DESTROY—

— Destroy? — Loki interrupted her, tilting his head with false innocence. — Dear Valkyrie... destruction is the goal. Ragnarök cannot be avoided. Only... — he smiled — accelerated.

GROWL... GROWL... GROWL...

The Fenrirs growled, surrounding the table. Red eyes fixed on specific targets.

One looking at Serafall. Another at Rias. Another at Yasaka.

Ah.

I understood the plan.

Kill the Satans' sisters. Kill faction leaders. Restart the Great War while everyone was vulnerable.

Clever, I admitted mentally. But not clever enough.

— Rito — Gabriel whispered beside me, power beginning to pulse. — What do we do?

I looked at her. At the others. Everyone looking at me, expecting me to solve everything with a snap of my fingers.

And I could.

SNAP.

I could freeze everything. Seal Loki. Banish the Fenrirs. Restore peace instantly.

But...

— Fight — I said simply.

Gabriel blinked.

— What?

— Fight — I repeated, voice calm but firm. — You're strong. You've trained. You trust each other. Now... prove it.

ROOOOOAR!

Outside, one of the evil dragons roared. Apophis, the serpent of chaos, beginning to attack the external defenses.

BOOM. BOOM. BOOM.

Explosions. Magic colliding with magic. Battle cries echoing.

And then...

FWOOOOSH.

Sirzechs exploded in power. Literally. Red and black aura enveloping him like a mantle of destruction.

— Shalba — he said, voice becoming something beyond human. — You chose the wrong path.

CRACK.

The floor beneath him cracked from the pressure.

— Ajuka — he continued, not looking at his friend — deal with Creuserey. Serafall, protect the minor leaders. Falbium... — he paused — wake up.

SNORE—SNORT!

Falbium woke with a snore, looking around confused.

— Has it started already? — he murmured.

— IT'S ALREADY STARTED, YOU LAZY BUM! — Serafall shouted.

WHOOSH. WHOOSH. WHOOSH.

And then everyone moved.

Sirzechs disappeared, teleporting outside the dome to face Shalba.

Ajuka created portals, launching spells calculated with surgical precision toward Creuserey.

Serafall summoned ice — not common ice, but ice that froze concepts, stopping one of the Fenrirs in place.

And Falbium... well, Falbium yawned and created a gravitational field that crushed another Fenrir against the ground.

Impressive, I thought.

But the chaos was only beginning.

[Outside - Simultaneous Battles]

CRASH!

Sirzechs collided with Shalba in the air, the force of impact creating a shockwave that leveled nonexistent buildings (because we were in empty neutral territory).

— YOU TRAITOR! — Shalba roared, eyes burning with fanatical hatred. — YOU TARNISHED THE BEELZEBUB NAME! YOU ABANDONED OUR LEGACY!

BZZZZZZZZ...

The air around him filled with sound. Not just sound — presence. Thousands upon thousands of demonic flies materializing from nothing, each one carrying fragment of his power.

— INSECT DOMINION! — he screamed.

SWARM.

The flies formed a black cloud, so dense it blocked out light. Each one was size of a fist, with mandibles that could tear through steel, stingers that carried venom potent enough to kill gods.

This was the true power of Beelzebub. Lord of the Flies. Master of Pestilence.

WHOOOOSH.

The swarm descended on Sirzechs like living tornado.

But Sirzechs just raised his hand.

SNAP.

And the flies... stopped.

Suspended in mid-air. Frozen not by ice, not by time, but by something else entirely.

— Power of Destruction — Sirzechs said calmly. — It doesn't discriminate between big and small. Between one and many. It simply... erases.

FWOOOM.

Red and black energy pulsed from him in wave.

And every fly it touched simply... ceased.

Not died. Not burned. Ceased to exist.

POP. POP. POP. POP.

Like bubbles popping, thousands of flies vanished in instants.

— NO! — Shalba screamed, summoning more. — MORE! I'LL DROWN YOU IN ENDLESS SWARM!

BZZZZZZZZ...

Millions now. The air turned black. The sound was deafening, like standing next to jet engine made of insects.

But Sirzechs's expression didn't change.

— You don't understand — he said, power building. — I'm not the Maou who fights with quantity. I'm the Maou who fights with quality.

His aura exploded outward.

FWOOOOOOOM!

And this time, it wasn't wave.

It was sphere.

Expanding from him in all directions, erasure made manifest.

And as it passed through the swarm...

SILENCE.

Complete and utter silence.

Every fly. Gone.

Shalba floated there, eyes wide with horror and disbelief.

— Impossible — he whispered. — My swarm... my power... how can you—

— Because — Sirzechs interrupted, and now his voice carried weight of authority, weight of someone who had earned his position not through lineage but through strength — I didn't inherit my position. I claimed it. And I've spent every day since becoming worthy of it.

WHOOSH.

He appeared in front of Shalba in blink.

— Now — he said, hand glowing with destructive power — let me show you the difference between a legacy... and a legend.

[Another Corner - Ajuka vs Creuserey]

SHIMMER. SHIMMER. SHIMMER.

Magic circles appeared and disappeared around Ajuka like a swarm of murderous fireflies.

Creuserey Asmodeus, descendant of the original Satan of the same name, summoned demons. Legions of them. Each with mid-to-high class power.

— NUMBERS! — he shouted. — YOU CAN'T FIGHT AGAINST NUMBERS!

Ajuka adjusted his glasses.

— Actually — he said calmly — numbers are exactly what I fight best.

SNAP.

He snapped his fingers.

And all the magic circles fired simultaneously.

BZZZZT. BZZZZT. BZZZZT.

Not explosions. Not fire. Not ice.

Mathematics.

Each spell was an equation. Each equation rewrote a small part of reality. And when hundreds of them hit the demons...

POP. POP. POP.

They simply stopped making sense. Arms where there should be legs. Heads where there should be tails. Bodies folding into impossible geometries.

— What... what did you DO?! — Creuserey shouted, horrified.

— Kankara Formula — Ajuka explained like a professor giving a lecture. — I rewrote the physical constants that define your forms. Temporarily, of course. But enough.

THUD. THUD. THUD.

The demons fell, incapacitated by pure existential confusion.

[Inside the Dome - Confrontation with Loki]

SLASH!

Rias cut through a Fenrir clone with a materialized destruction sword. The wolf dissipated into particles of black light.

— AKENO! — she shouted.

CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!

Lightning descended from nowhere, striking another Fenrir. Akeno floated above, black Fallen wings expanded, sadistic smile on her face.

— Ara ara ~ — she purred. — Bad puppies need to be... punished.

ZAP!

More lightning. The Fenrir howled in agony.

Loki watched it all, still smiling.

— Impressive — he admitted. — You two have gotten strong. Very strong.

Then he looked directly at me.

— Must be good training — he said, voice loaded with meaning.

I just smiled back. Said nothing.

Because he was right.

WHOOSH.

Rias and Akeno moved in perfect sync. As if they could read each other's thoughts. Destruction and Lightning working together, creating devastating combinations.

One Fenrir tried to attack Rias from behind.

ZAP.

Akeno was already there, lightning piercing through its head.

Another tried to jump at Akeno.

BOOM.

Rias exploded it in the air with a destruction sphere.

— You... — Loki murmured, smile finally disappearing — you're not just strong individually. You're synchronized.

— Of course — Rias said, summoning more power. — Because we trained together.

And then both turned to him.

Uh-oh, I thought, almost feeling sorry for Loki.

Almost.

— Your turn — Akeno said sweetly.

— Ara ara ~ — Rias added with a dangerous smile.

WHOOOOOOSH!

The two attacked simultaneously.

And Loki, to his credit, stopped smiling and began defending seriously.

[My Perspective]

I watched it all unfold.

Sirzechs dominating Shalba. Ajuka dismantling Creuserey. Serafall freezing Fenrirs. Falbium crushing enemies with gravity while yawning.

Rias and Akeno facing a god and holding firm.

Gabriel and the other Archangels dealing with Midgardsormr, the world serpent hissing in frustration as sacred light burned its scales.

Seraphiel and the Super Angels fighting Apophis outside, golden power against black chaos.

Pride.

I felt genuine pride.

They had grown. Evolved. They no longer needed me to solve everything.

But then...

PRESENCE.

I felt something change.

Outside. Where Rizevim was.

WHOOOOOOSH.

Power exploded. Not normal power. Power that made the air scream.

And through Ajuka's screen, I saw.

Rizevim had released something from Samael.

Blood.

Blood of the Dragon Who Hates Gods dripped from his wounds, collected in a flask that Rizevim held.

And he was... drinking?

NO.

Not drinking.

Pouring.

On the ground. Creating a circle. A circle that glowed with light that shouldn't exist.

— Shit — I murmured.

Gabriel looked at me, surprised. I never cursed.

— Rito?

— He's summoning something — I said, eyes fixed on the screen. — Something that shouldn't be summoned.

And then the circle completed.

CRACK.

Reality cracked.

And from inside the circle...

Something began to emerge.

Something with six hundred and sixty-six eyes.

Oh no.

Trihexa.

The Apocalypse Beast.

Shit just got real.

(A/N: YES. Samael already has half of Ophis's power. And yes. Lilith will appear in the next chapter. So yes, you could say that Rizevim prepared accordingly to deal with Rito. Unfortunately for him, it won't be enough. But he doesn't know that. I only have one thing to say about Gasper Vladi's friend: F)
