Chapter 370 - chapter 365 greatest enemy.

The helpless girl stood alone in front of the university gate. Her name was Elena; she looked exactly like her father fair skin and piercing blue eyes. Both her parents were Russian, so Elena carried that same aura of elegance.

Alia had left her there just for a few minutes to take a walk, but much time had passed, and she hadn't returned. Elena repeatedly called her mother's phone, but it was switched off.

Elena: (Thinking anxiously) "Where did Mama go? She never does this. She wouldn't leave me alone like this."

She scanned the area, but Alia was nowhere to be seen. Elena had no idea that her mother had just been the victim of a terrifying abduction. Standing alone in an unfamiliar city, she began to feel a creeping sense of panic.

Just then, a sleek black car pulled up behind her. Elena thought perhaps her mother had returned, but the person who stepped out wasn't someone she recognized it was one of Viktor's henchmen.

Henchman: "Miss Elena? Your mother asked us to bring you. She's a bit busy."

Having grown up around the Russian mafia, Elena felt a surge of suspicion. She gripped her bag and took a step back.

Elena: (In Russian) "Where is my mother? I'm not going anywhere without talking to her first."

She didn't know that her father, Viktor, had already laid out his plan. Alia was now a prisoner in that billionaire mansion in the mountains, and Viktor's next goal was to bring their daughter, Elena, back under his control. On a busy street corner in Seoul, Elena now stood in the path of an invisible danger. As Elena was backing away in fear, a tall and handsome Korean boy stepped out from the crowd. He was wearing a university jacket, likely a senior at the campus. Seeing the girl's panicked expression, he realized something was wrong.

The Korean boy stepped in front of Elena, glancing suspiciously at the black car, and asked politely:

Korean Boy: "Annyeonghaseyo? Is everything okay? Are you waiting for someone?" (In Korean)

Elena was so shaken that she completely forgot to speak in English or Korean. Her mind was racing only in her native tongue. Crying, she turned to the boy and said:

Elena: "Gde moya mama? Pozhaluysta, pomogite mne! Eti lyudi khotyat menya uvesti!" (Russian: "Where is my mother? Please, help me! These people want to take me away!")

The Korean boy blinked, completely stunned. He stared at Elena, bewildered. From her features, he could tell she was Russian, but he didn't understand a single word of the Russian language.

Korean Boy: "I... sorry? I don't understand what you're saying. Do you speak English?"

Elena looked helplessly at the men and tried to grab the boy's sleeve. Meanwhile, Viktor's men by the car looked at each other in annoyance. They didn't want to cause a scene in front of a civilian.

Viktor's Henchman: (Glaring at the Korean boy) "Hey kid, this is a family matter. Mind your own business and get lost!"

Even though he didn't understand the language, the boy realized the men's intentions were not good. He stepped in front of Elena to shield her, even though he had no idea what she was desperately trying to tell him. A strange standoff began on the street corner Russian on one side, Korean on the other, and in the middle, a helpless girl whose mother was now a prisoner in Viktor's distant mansion. The Korean boy realized that talking wouldn't solve this problem. Seeing the men's glares and Elena's tears, a sense of protectiveness surged within him. Staring firmly at the men, he spoke in steady English:

Korean Boy: "I don't know who you are, but this girl is terrified. If she doesn't want to go with you, I'm not letting you take her anywhere."

Then he turned to Elena and pulled out his phone. Looking into her eyes, he gave a small, reassuring nod in typical Korean fashion and said:

Korean Boy: "Don't cry. You're safe now. I'm calling campus security and the police."

Viktor's men saw the situation spiraling out of control. Getting involved with the police in a crowded place like Seoul wasn't a good idea, especially since Viktor wanted to remain in the shadows for now.

Viktor's Henchman: (Gritting his teeth) "Fine, we're leaving. But remember, girl escaping your father is beyond your power."

The car sped away with a screech of tires. Elena was still trembling. The boy took off his jacket and draped it over her shoulders.

Korean Boy: "My name is Min-jun. Can you speak English now? Where is your mother? Let's get you inside the university; it's safer there."

Elena looked at Min-jun and felt a wave of relief. Wiping her tears, she said in broken English, "My mother... she disappeared... please help me."

Min-jun realized he had stumbled into a massive problem, but he couldn't bring himself to leave this blue-eyed girl alone. He had no idea that by helping her, he had just caught the attention of Russia's most dangerous mafia don, Viktor Petrov. As Min-jun led Elena to a safer spot on campus, she noticed how the other students cringed and moved away at the sight of him. Everyone was whispering, clearing a path for him as if he were someone of immense power.

Elena looked at Min-jun in confusion. Why was everyone so afraid of the boy who had just helped her so kindly?

Suddenly, Min-jun's phone rang. His tone shifted instantly. He spoke in a heavy, commanding Korean, barking orders at someone on the other end. When he turned back to Elena, there was a dark, sophisticated intensity in his eyes.

Elena: (Timidly in English) "Min-jun... why is everyone moving away from you? And why were those men earlier afraid of you?"

Min-jun remained silent for a moment. Then, he let out a cryptic smile.

Min-jun: "Seoul is as dark on the inside as it is shiny on the outside, Elena. Just as you are the daughter of a Russian mafia lord, I am part of this city's underworld. My father is the biggest name in Seoul's underground. I am the only son of Seoul's most powerful mafia family."

Elena stood frozen. She had fled from one mafia (Viktor) only to land in the protection of another (Min-jun).

Min-jun: "Don't be afraid. I don't play the mafia with ordinary people. But those men who tried to take you didn't get my permission before entering Seoul. Viktor Petrov can rule his empire in Russia, but on the streets of Seoul, my word is the law."

Elena realized that fate had brought her to a crossroads where Russian and Korean mafias were about to clash. In Min-jun's eyes, there was a strange determination he wasn't just helping Elena; he was challenging Viktor. Meanwhile, the expensive black Bugatti pulled up right in front of the university gates. Viktor stepped out. With his stylish glasses and short-cropped hair, he no longer looked like the volatile Russian don, but like a powerful business tycoon.

As Viktor walked toward Elena, there was a sense of absolute ownership in his stride. Completely ignoring Min-jun, he stood directly in front of Elena and spoke in his deep, commanding Russian:

Viktor: "Elena, khvatit etikh igr. Idi ko mne. Ty znayesh, chto ya ne lyublyu zhdat." (Elena, enough of these games. Come to me. You know I don't like to wait.)

When Elena heard her father's voice, her entire body went cold with fear. Since that accident thirteen years ago, she hasn't been able to stand the sight of him. To her, Viktor represents nothing but terror, blood, and her mother's tears. She wouldn't even look him in the eye; instead, she gripped Min-jun's jacket tighter.

Elena: (In a trembling voice, in English) "I'm not going anywhere with you! Where have you hidden my mother? You will never change!"

Viktor's jaw tightened. As he took a step forward, Min-jun blocked his path. Viktor looked at Min-jun from behind his glasses one pair of eyes held the icy coldness of Russia, the other the volcanic fire of Seoul.

Viktor: (In a low, menacing tone to Min-jun) "Kid, do you have any idea who you're standing in front of? The girl whose hand you're holding is my blood. You don't have the power to take her from me."

Elena kept backing away. Memories of the accident flashed before her eyes how her father had shattered her childhood. She can't even look at him, because in her eyes, Viktor isn't a father; he's a monster.

In the middle of the Seoul campus, a high-stakes standoff unfolded. Caught between his daughter's hateful gaze and the defiance of Seoul's mafia prince, Viktor Petrov realized that his own blood had become his greatest enemy. When Viktor saw his daughter trembling and recoiling from him, something shifted within his stone-cold heart. Setting aside his arrogance, he took a step forward. Without force, but with profound tenderness, he wrapped Elena in a hug.

Viktor: (Whispering softly, pressing his face against her hair) "Shh... don't be afraid. My girl... I know you hate me. But I would cross any limit to keep you safe in this world."

Elena remained stiff at first, but the familiar scent and the protective embrace of her father eventually caused her to calm down. No matter what, he was her father. As she rested her head against his chest, she noticed how much his look had truly changed. Even with the short haircut and the glasses, Viktor's signature white hair (silvered by the weight of his life) still marked him as an undisputed Mafia Lord.

Min-jun stood to the side, watching the scene unfold. He realized this man wasn't just some random visitor to Seoul. Viktor's white hair and the aura of terror radiating from him clearly signaled that he was an emperor of the international criminal underworld.

Though Elena was calm, her tears wouldn't stop. She was torn between trusting her father and the haunting memories of the past accident. Viktor stroked her hair, but his cold gaze remained locked on Min-jun.

Viktor: (Looking at Min-jun) "Thank you for shielding my daughter, young man. But I will take it from here."

Elena looked up at her father. Behind the expensive glasses and the contrast of his white hair, Viktor's eyes held a mixture of guilt and fierce determination. He hadn't just come to Seoul for his empire; he had come to reclaim his broken family.
