Holding the crystal, Hana then began to combine her spell to make sure everything would be alright. To her surprise, she could see the magic overflowing inside the crystal. For her, that was a proof that the crystal could be affected by a magic. But their request is to transfer her soul inside of that crystal. How will it be?
Hana then asked Hikari if there's a room where she can use to test it out first. Hikari then told Hana that there's an empty room inside the castle, but it will be a little far from here. Hana says that she won't mind it and with that Hikari then shows Hana the empty room.
On the other hand, Akaru and Ageru continue maintaining the machine and Aikari, who are looking at it from afar, just wonders, "I don't understand why. It feels so bad that it scares me. What is actually happening to me?" Aikari then heard a voice.
"Hey, Aikari. Are you scared?"
It is a voice of a girl. Or to be precise, it is Ardia's voice. Aikari was so shocked by it. How could this be? Did Quantum World recreate her too? Aikari then looked for Ardia.
"Are you here? Can we talk?"
Then Aikari just heard Ardia laugh a little and then tell Aikari that they can talk. But unfortunately they can't meet each other again. Ardia said that she only exists as something like a ghost there. She wasn't sure if Aikari could see her. But Ardia said that she was right in front of him.
When Aikari heard that, he then looked at the hall in front of him and after a second he blinked his eyes; he could see a girl there. Without hesitating, he then asked the girl "Is that you?" And the girl then smiled and nodded. She then added "Do I really need to say it to you? You can feel it, do you?" Aikari just nods. As from what that he could see now, he could see that Quantum World is fully connected to Quantum Memory. Making everything that exists inside the Quantum Memory to be inside the Quantum World. But if that happens so, then why can't Aikari create something based on his memories? Was it taken over? The accessibility?
When Aikari was thinking about it, then he realized that Lucien also has the ability to create something and even to teleport anywhere he wanted. He also can spawn the creatures from a different kind of world.
"Did he take over the system and modify it? They can't go through the Quantum Memory directly. So they try to take this chance to get a control by using Quantum World?"
Aikari just couldn't believe it and he asked Ardia, "Then why did you show up now? Is there something you want to tell me?" Ardia smiled and got closer to Aikari.
"Before this, I have connected with the girl named Hana. I have watched everything about her and also you. You two seem to be close. Much more closer than you and Hirumi."
Ardia smirks at Aikari and Aikari just couldn't help but be flushed red by it. Aikari told Ardia that he doesn't know why, but it feels so comfortable around Hana. It feels like the same sensation he has gone through before. But yet, he couldn't describe it how. Ardia then just smiled. She and Aikari understand each other too well that they know every secret of Aikari. So without doubting anything, she then asked Aikari, "I knew it. You do want to know more about her, right? Like the way that we do." Aikari was speechless as he heard that. He doesn't remember or have many memories with Hana. He doesn't even know Hana very well. But yet something seems to make him want to know Hana. He wasn't sure how to put it into a words. But that is just how it is.
Ardia understands it because she knows that was the exact feeling that Aikari had when he knew her. From Ardia's perspective, Hana is very much looks like her that she wanted to know about her. At first, Ardia didn't want to approach Aikari like this. She would prefer to try to help Aikari by asking for Hana's help. But she knows that deep down in Aikari's heart. He wanted to see her. So that's why she showed up.
Plus, the things that are about to happen, she knows that Aikari might get conflicted by it. So before it happens, she was thinking of relieving Aikari.
She knows that Aikari is strong enough. But his heart is too kind. That he might cry a lot of times. Even though he is not that good at communicating, he can't help but express how does he feels easily.
Aikari wanted to know about people. He wants to understand people. But he couldn't help but make people understand him better than the way he does.
Ardia goes to Aikari and holds his hand. She pulled it to the front of her and Aikari then said, "You will always do your best, right? To create the kind of world that we both wished for." Aikari nods. He told Ardia that the kind of world that they wished for is a dream on where did everyone wanted. But he wasn't sure why did the people were still against it. It feels weird. But there's nothing they could do about it.
Because every human in this world has a different kind of thinking and the people can't change their minds. Unless they're willing to. People can change but only if they're willing to do so. Same as Aikari. Ardia told Aikari that he had changed a lot and she was so happy to see that. But at the cost of his change, he might need to do something risky.
Ardia never doubted Aikari. Because she knows how strong Aikari is. Because of the amount of love and hope that he received from everyone. It is the reason why he stood up today. Ardia knows that Aikari will be able to break every obstacle in front of him.
Aikari nods and tells Ardia that he will fight until he dies. For Aikari, that was the purpose of his life. After the death of the hackers and Ardia. He wanted to help people that he wanted to die while saving them.
Aikari feels the warmth of Ardia's hand and asks "I'm 22 now. If only you were still alive. Then you would be 18, right? You're grown up already." Ardia chuckles, and she then smirks and asks "Then why? You want to propose to me again and marry me?" Aikari then just smiled and nodded. He says that he doesn't need anything if she's here. But the fact that she's not here anymore just hurt him deep inside. Together, they're really something else.
Ardia understands that, but with the next thing that is about to happen. She was so sure that Aikari might be able to find something. Aikari agreed with that. But he told Ardia that he was actually waiting for the chance where he could take Lucien down. Ardia never saw Aikari with such killing intent before making her wonder if Aikari really got a score to settle with Lucien and why. Aikari then looked down and said.
"He wants to clash everyone with each other. I'm not sure why, but he seems to be enjoying it. He is making the people live like a tool. I can't let him do this. I, we need to stop this."
Ardia understands it. She knows very well how cruel this world can be and of course she wanted to end it together with Aikari. But she wonders if there's a way to do it.
But when Ardia was thinking about it, she then reminded of Hana. Maybe she would be able to do something about it. Since Hana learned everything about the Quantum World and its magic.
Ardia then asked Aikari if she could take Hana here. But when Aikari heard about Hana, she couldn't help but get hit by a guilt. Aikari wasn't sure why, but he wanted to stay away from Hana for a time being.
Ardia was so weird by and she then asked Aikari why that was. Because all this time, she thought that both of them were close with each other. So it was weird if Aikari suddenly acted like that. Ardia still holds Aikari's hand and asks "if something happens between the both of you. Then why don't you two talk out about it? Like what we used to do?" Aikari then stayed silent. He didn't know what he should say. But then suddenly Ardia continued by saying "We should understand each other, right? That's the better way to solve everything." Aikari agreed with that. Maybe he should talk to Hana about it too. Ardia then saw that there's nothing he should tell Aikari about. So Ardia then told Aikari to finish everything up. Because they might be able to do something.
Aikari then decided to meet Hana and as he did so, Ardia then held her hand and said "Don't worry, I will be with you." Aikari just smiled to know that and they then went to meet with Hana.
"Hey, Aikari. We used to collect and look at the flowers before, right? But have you ever realized that Hana are flowers?"
(In Japanese, Hana means flower. This is because of the world setting of HikariXHitaku is in Japan)
Aikari then just realized it and told Ardia that she never thought about it before. It looks like everything has been arranged this way and it all feels like a fate for them.
Ardia also adds.
"Ai from Aikari means Love, right? It was a weird that you used the name Aikari in Quantum World. Why don't you use the name that I give you, Hikari?"
Aikari smiled when Ardia mentioned that name. Ever since he came to Quantum World, he never used that name. Because of the king of Atrium City shared the same name as him. So to not cause any confusion he told everyone that his name is Aikari. Ardia understands that and as they continue to walk, they then arrive at the door where Hana's are. Before they go, Ardia told Aikari to show her that kind of love that he received from everyone. She wants to know how much did the love from everyone changed him. Aikari got it and he then told Ardia that there's always a thing that he sees in Hana. But he wasn't sure what is that feeling was. But it feels so special.
When Ardia heard that, she then instantly mentioned Aikari, "I understand that, but you already have Hirumi, right?" Aikari nods in agreement to that. But he then told Ardia that he was so sure that Ardia knew that deep down in his heart. He still loves Ardia as much as he did from back then. He never feels the same thing with everyone as he does with Ardia that he can't forget about Ardia. For him, the one who he truly loves is Ardia. But he promised to make Hirumi happy.
Then Ardia adds.
"And you also want to save Hana, right? Did you forget about it? Your promise."
When Aikari heard about that, he then didn't really remember it much. He asked Ardia if he ever said something like that. He just knows about Hana, so but he didn't remember doing a thing such as a promise to Hana before.
They then kept on walking.
"Tap."
"Tap."
"Tap."
"Wait, promise? With her? Have I... No, I think I did. Why don't I remember anything about that? Wait, is there something that I, we forget about?"
Ardia stopped and looked at Aikari. She asked "Are you okay?" Aikari then somehow could feel a headache as he tried to remember about what is actually happening there. A lot of things begin to overflow within his mind. Like a lot of things have happened a lot of times. Aikari couldn't help his legs begin to get weaker and just about he was going to fall, Ardia holds his hand tightly and says "Aikari, that's enough! Don't force yourself." Aikari then slowly calmed down. He slowly got normal and then he heard a step of someone running towards them.
Feeling like it was something dangerous, Aikari then stood up and tried to defend Ardia.
