Hana was then about to continue the story. But Yami stopped her and said that maybe Hana should keep that story for Aikari. Yami then told Hana that she maybe has the thing that could end what is happening to both of her and Aikari. But it may be a long road.
Yami told Hana that there is still something that Lucien might be planning there. But maybe it will be targeting her or Aikari. Or maybe both.
Yami smiled as he looked at Hana and it just made Hana weird. Hana could feel a sadness from Yami. But she just stayed silent until Yami said.
"I'm just a part of his memories. I do not exist and you will never see me again after this."
Hana, it's just hard to believe it. Because of Yami is in front of her. So why would he not exist? Won't that just be weird? Part of Aikari's memories? What does this mean?
Hana then asked Yami if there was anything that she didn't know. Because of everything, there was just weird for her. She can't even understand where she is now.
Yami giggled at Hana's question and he then told Hana the truth about that. He knows that it might be complicated for Hana to understand it. But he will try to explain in a way he can.
"This place is somehow something like Aikari's artificial brain. This is a place on where all of his memories are being written. Actually, it's not everyone who should be able to enter this place as their brain won't be able to hold that much Quantum Brainwave damage. But it seems like you're able to."
Hana wasn't sure why. But to hear that, it just makes her proud of herself. But what makes that place too special? Is there any meaning behind that? And why would Aikari get involved in it? Hana then asks Yami more about that place. So Yami then continued to explain to Hana about that place.
The place that she is in now. It was a place called Quantum Memory. It was the place on where it's only Hikari or who Hana calls Aikari can access. It's weird that Hana could access it when it's still stable. Because of no one should be able to. As for Aimi, Yami knows that it because of it was unstable at that time. Plus, at that time, the hackers did something to protect her data and reduce the brain damage. But the survival percentage isn't that high. But she managed to make it through.
To know that Hana might do it. It just surprised him. Maybe there's something that he didn't know about Hana. So he then continued on pursuing further.
But he told Hana that there seems to be something that might happen. Because of this space, we are connected to an unknown entity or more like another world. That Yami saw people call it Quantum World, there might be some threats incoming.
Yami then warned Hana and said, "The enemy might be powerful. But I know that you're not just a normal human." Yami steps ahead and says "So, if you don't mind. Should we seek for what you want, together?"
Yami steps ahead and offers a handshake to Hana. Hana was so shocked as she saw that. But she knows that Yami might know what is going to happen there. So she then agreed with Yami and accepted the handshake, then said "Yeah, let's go."
Hana and Yami then continue to walk off from there and continue to explore. While they're walking, Yami then asks Hana about Aikari. Like how is doing and a lot of things. That question from Yami just made Hana realize just how much important Aikari is to him. Actually, she never knew someone like Yami would have that kind of heart. It just made her feel relaxed and she then continued to chat with Yami.
"I never knew Aikari that deep yet. But I know that he was a kind guy. Also, you kind of remind me of him. May I know if you two have any connection? Wait a minute, you're not a twin, right?"
Yami then just laughed as he heard that; that was the most interesting thing he ever heard. But he knows the reason on why she was suspecting so. Their appearances are indeed the same. Just the style. Yami prefers a black and darker color in his outfit. While Aikari would prefer to pick a light color. To tell the people that he is different than who he was back then. To tell the people about his new resolve.
Yami then stayed calm and told Hana.
"Twin? No. We're not twins. But we are the same person. It just. I'm him, but in the past. I'm the part of his past self that is being written as a part of his memories. But he is not the person who created me. He is just someone who is being entrusted to, like he is holding the secret of Quantum Memory."
Hana understands that; he also remembers that Quantum Memory did get mentioned in Quantum World. But she never knows its true potential. While would people go crazy for Quantum Memory. Because of what she learned just now. Quantum Memory is just a place where all Aikari's memory is being stored. It does sound weird. But that was what it was supposed to be.
Hana walked next to Yami and again, she could see that space begin to change which made her shocked by it. But Yami then told Hana that it was okay. Because they're walking through Aikari's memory. So the place will be changed based on the place Aikari remembers. While it's running or they are walking through it, it will be like they're travelling to a lot of places. So there's no need to worry about it.
Hana understood that, and she then walked with Yami through the unknown space that is connected to the Quantum World.
As they walked through, Hana could see various things happening around there. But she didn't know how to put it in. But Yami then began to ask Hana more about Aikari.
"By the way, I remember that Aikari did love someone named 'Hirumi'. I wasn't really sure. But it seems like that, I think. Did you know her?"
Hearing Yami mention 'Hirumi' it just makes her wonder if they have met before. But Hana then just answered Yami's question by saying she didn't know what their true relationship was. But it just somehow is like that. Hana did tell Yami that Aikari and Hirumi are living together. So at that point maybe they should already know the answer.
Looking at Hana's reaction. Yami somehow could see that she was kind of worrying about that. But was it a jealousy? Yami then laughed that off and asked Hana "Oh did someone here cause a drama right here??" Hana flushed red as she heard that, and she just couldn't believe that someone like Yami could make her like that. So she then quickly says in a flush, "T-There's no way I could be jealous... Maybe I... Enough! Let's continue on walking." Yami is still laughing at Hana because of her reaction. But she then asked Yami why did he had a different personality than Aikari that she knew. Even though Yami might be Aikari's past, then they must at least have a similarity in their personality. But it seems like Yami doesn't.
Yami then just smiled as he heard that. Maybe their voice and appearance are the same. But Aikari's personality was different from Yami. It's like Aikari was his alternative. But Yami was actually his past. Of course, it will be weird for Aikari to change that much. But Yami then told Hana the truth.
"Unlike Aikari. He was someone who was kind to the others and helped the others. The way that he could. He wanted to protect everyone as much as he could. But I'm not like that. He became that Aikari and changed because of one single person."
When Yami mentioned about one single person. Hana then began to think of Hirumi. But Ardia. The girl from before seems to know a lot about Aikari. So which one is it?
Who is the person that changed Aikari? Is it the person that Aikari loves the most? Wasn't that supposed to be Hirumi?
Hana began to guess it and as she did so, Yami then just smiled and said, "There might be a lot of females. Em... Woman that Aikari is close with. But there's only one person that he devoted his love to." Hana then keeps on hearing it as it seems to be serious.
Yami was then about to say it, but then suddenly a weird change began to happen around there. A place began to change into a black blank space but then glitched out and changed into a dark castle.
When Yami saw that, he didn't think that was a part of Aikari's memories. Maybe that was something else. Yami then told Hana to stay cautious as it seems like something is coming.
Then they could hear Lucien's voice once again.
"That jerk. He thinks he can beat me like that? Sorry to say, but I'm the one who is with the system support. All of your effort is a waste. So, keep it in your dream that you're free from me."
"Tch, an hour of walking outside finally could let me talk with you with my real voice, huh? Hey, Aikari or whoever you are. You better return my princess back to her castle."
Yami just smiled as he heard that; he then just took out his weapon and replied, "Sorry, but your princess seems like she doesn't belong there."
Hana seeing that, she then also steps beside of Yami and gets ready by saying "I have my own place where I belong. I'm going to break off this prison and return to there."
As Hana said that, Lucien then just laughed, and then they could see a beast in front of them. It covers almost the entrance of the castle and its weapon is just a triple size of a human. Looking at it, Yami and Hana didn't think that it was much threat for them. So they both then begin their encounter with that monster.
Hana stayed with the distance and began to cast her magic to create a piece of burning crystals and then shot it at the beast. The beast did cover itself with his arms. The crystal did explode on his arm and caused his arm to get scratched by it. As the beast moved his arm, it then saw Yami was dashing towards him. But not with a sword. Instead, Yami is holding a dual gun in his hand and then shot towards the monster.
"RRAWWWWUGH"
Yami shot it from its abdomen to the head. Then, as his bullet out of ammo, Yami slid down and got at the beast's back and took out a shotgun, then shot it back. The monster growls again and turns itself towards Yami to attack him.
But at that time, Hana saw that it was an opportunity for her. So it then cast a magic that created another piece of crystal with a larger size and shot it towards the monster back. Where she could see its flesh from Yami's attack.
"SHUCK!"
The crystal goes through the monster body and its blood splatters around Yami. Yami then coughed a bit and wiped the blood off his face. Yami then says "Yuck... But hell yeah. That's a nice shot you got there."
The beast stopped for a while, but then it began to move and was about to make an attack. But then, the crystal that was attached to its arm then exploded. Causing the beast's arm to get exploded. Its weapon also gets thrown away causing the beast to roar louder.
Yami then shot its head to blind it off. Causing the monster to step back a little and at that time, the crystal that was attached to it's body then then froze up all of its body and legs. Causing the monster to be unable to move.
With that situation, Hana then cast another magic that made a magic circle appear around the monster. Then it instantly burned the monster down till it melted down.
As it was melting, Yami then went to the beast's melted body and saw it turning into a corrupted data. Then it just vanished. There's no trace or anything. Just a data.
Then Hana goes to Yami and asks him if they should enter the castle. But Yami then shook his head and told Hana that the castle wasn't even there. It is just an image that has been created to appear there. So they didn't need to worry about anything.
Hana got it and she then asked Yami what they should do. Until then, Yami saw a darkness begin to surround them. Yami then pulls Hana to him and then they see a silhouette.
Yami clenched his fist and asked.
"Stop doing this, you punk. There's nothing you can do. Even by accessing this space directly from Aikari."
