Jamanakai Village is a small village located near the Mountains of Impossible Height. It is situated on the side of a large mountain, bustling with many hard-working villagers. The village is home to the Jamanakai Village Inn, which is heavily advertised in Ninjago City.
A figure appeared in front of the village gate. The figure was wearing a black martial arts outfit with a blood-red dragon drawn on it. He wore a black cloak that fluttered in the wind and a straw hat that covered his facial features. The figure raised his head. His eyes were blood-red, and he had black sclera that shone with anticipation, giving him a frightening appearance.
Po smiled and said, "Finally, after a week of walking, I have arrived at Jamanakai Village!!"
Po went to a legendary place for him, where his master's story began—the Mystic Tea Shop.
Po walked into the store, and Mystic greeted him. He said, "Hello, do you know someone named Mystic?"
Mystic replied, "You're looking at her."
Po laughed and said, "That's impossible. My sensei came here 60 years ago and told me she was already in her late middle age."
"Sensei? May I ask what your sensei's name is?"
Po smiled sadly and said, "His name was Wing."
"Wing?"
"Yes. My sensei died a week ago," Po answered with a slightly sad expression.
Mystic said, "I'm sorry for your loss."
"Thank you, but I came here today to sell you a rare tea in all of Ninjago, and I'm sure it's worth a lot of money!!"
Mystic smiled and said, "Okay, show it to me."
Po took out a handful of tea and placed it on the table. Mystic looked at it and said, "Snowy River Tea? I thought this was an extinct species."
Po smiled and said, "Okay, guess again."
"50 coins per gram."
"100," Po answered quickly.
"70," Mystic replied.
"90," Po said.
"85. I won't pay more," Mystic said.
"Okay, we have a deal. I have ten kilograms here," Po replied.
"Here, take your money and leave my shop!!"
Po smiled and said, "Well, see you again, my mysterious lady who claims to be over 100 years old."
Mystic frowned and said, "Don't come back again, boy."
Po went out satisfied with his earnings, smiling. He looked around and saw the villagers working hard, and the children playing and laughing. Po smiled and thought, "Well, no wonder my sensei liked this village. It's full of life and activity."
Then Po's face became serious as he looked at one of the mountain peaks and thought, "It's time for me to meet my new sensei."

The Monastery of Spinjitzu is a temple built atop the tallest of the Mountains of Impossible Height in the south of Ninjago, and the home of the Ninja. It originally served as the home of the First Spinjitzu Master, who raised his sons Garmadon and Wu within its protective walls.
The monastery was full of life and the sounds of shouting:
"Oh, take this! No, take this! Burn with my fire! Taste my scythe!"
The sounds of the ninja filled the room. In one room, there was an old man with a long white beard and strong features, wearing all-white combat gear, a straw hat, and a black belt.
The old man was meditating with his eyes closed until he heard the noise. Wu opened his eyes and went out to the training ground, only to find it empty. He followed the sounds and found the ninja gathered in front of a TV, playing video games and making fighting noises.
Master Wu frowned and turned off the TV.
"Come on! I almost set a new record!" Kai grumbled.
Master Wu said, "Ninja, you should focus more on training and reaching your true potential."
"But sensei, we defeated Lord Garmadon himself, and Ninjago has been at peace ever since," Jay said.
"Yes, sensei, we deserve a little rest," Cole added.
Master Wu looked at them and said, "Evil never sleeps. It is only a matter of time before it returns. When Ninjago is in danger again, you must be prepared and reach your full potential. Each one of you has a Golden Weapon, yet you still do not know how to use it properly."
Cole laughed and said, "Watch this, sensei." He grabbed his scythe and connected it to the TV again, turning it back on. The ninja laughed and resumed playing.
Master Wu sighed and shook his head.
Zane looked at Master Wu seriously and said, "Don't worry, sensei. When Lord Garmadon returns, we will be ready."
Master Wu replied, "I hope so, Zane. I hope so."
Then Nya entered the room forcefully and said, "Guys, we have a problem!"
"What?? A problem?? Where?? Is it Lord Garmadon?!!"
The ninja tried to get up but stumbled and fell on top of each other. Master Wu sighed again.
Nya said, "No, it's not Lord Garmadon. The security cameras have caught someone climbing the mountain at an incredible speed, and he's heading toward the monastery now."
The ninja stood up.
"What?? Nya, seriously? What's wrong with someone climbing stairs fast?"
"You don't understand. He's literally climbing the mountain—and he's already halfway there."
Cole laughed and said, "That's impossible. They're called the Mountains of Impossible Height for a reason."
Zane said, "It is best not to jump to conclusions. If someone can climb the mountain like that, they could be a danger. We should investigate."
Master Wu said, "Zane is right. We must find out what this person wants."
Nya led them to the control room.
They watched the surveillance cameras and saw a figure climbing rapidly—wearing a black martial arts outfit with a blood-red dragon, a long spear on his back, a black cloak fluttering in the wind, and a straw hat covering his face.
While climbing, the figure suddenly looked directly at the camera. His blood-red eyes glowed from the reflection, creating a terrifying image.
Jay screamed.
The others looked at him.
"Ahem… not scary. I was just surprised."
"Whatever you say, weirdo," Kai replied.
"Hey! Not all of us like red, fire head!" Jay snapped.
Nya shouted, "Can you two shut up for a minute?!"
Cole said, "This is amazing. I want to compete with him in climbing."
Zane added, "More importantly, why climb a mountain when there are stairs?"
Jay laughed. "Because stairs are boring."
Zane tilted his head. "I don't understand. Stairs were invented to help people."
Kai sighed. "Sometimes you are strange, Zane."
"Enough," Master Wu said. "Let's go meet our guest. He's already here."
"What??"
They checked the cameras—he was gone.
They rushed outside and found a figure standing on top of the monastery gate, his cloak fluttering, his face hidden.
Kai stepped forward. "Who are you? You can't just walk into a ninja base like this."
"Yeah, unless you want trouble," Cole added.
The figure raised his head slightly. His red eyes glowed.
"Are you the ninja… and Master Wu?"
Wu stepped forward. "Yes. Who are you?"
The figure jumped down, landed smoothly, removed his hat, and smiled.
"I'm Po. It's an honor to meet you."
---
The ninja looked at each other, then said, "Okay, Po, may we ask what you want from us?"
Po smiled and said, "I am a wandering warrior who has heard many stories about the legendary Spinjitzu Master and his heroic disciples who saved Ninjago from Lord Garmadon himself. I came from far away because I want to learn Spinjitzu from Master Wu."
Master Wu looked at Po carefully and said, "I'm afraid I cannot teach you, young warrior. I am not taking any more disciples."
Po smiled and said, "Then what do I have to do to prove that I am worthy of learning from you?"
Master Wu replied, "The issue is not whether you are worthy or not. I did not plan on training a fifth ninja, and learning Spinjitzu requires a great deal of time and effort."
Po smiled and said, "What if I defeat all four of your students and prove that I can learn Spinjitzu just like them?"
The ninja laughed, except for Zane.
"Even Lord Garmadon couldn't defeat us together. Do you really think you can do better?" they said.
Po smiled calmly. "We won't know unless we try, right?"
Kai frowned and said, "Hey, I don't know who you are, you arrogant boy, but you're not worth our time. Go back to wherever you came from and leave us alone. We're ninja—we have training to do."
Nya raised her eyebrow and said, "Really? Because I just saw you playing video games."
"Nya!! Not now!" Kai whispered angrily. Nya rolled her eyes and stayed silent.
Po ignored them and said, "I am Po, the last master of Kung Fu in Ninjago, heir to the legendary Kung Fu master Wing the Iron Fist, and wielder of the Mountain-Slash Spear. I challenge you all to battle, if you dare to accept."
Zane turned to Master Wu and asked, "What is Kung Fu, sensei?"
Master Wu replied, "I do not know, Zane."
The other ninja became annoyed, but before they could respond, Master Wu stepped forward and said, "I accept your challenge. If you can defeat my students, I will teach you Spinjitzu and you will become the fifth ninja."
"What?! Sensei, you can't be serious!" Jay said.
"I'm not 'that person.' My name is Po," Po replied with a frown.
Jay crossed his arms. "I don't care what your name is. I'm not wasting my time on you."
Po smirked. "What's wrong, blue guy? Are you scared?"
"Scared?! That's it! You want a fight? Let's fight!" Jay shouted as he pulled out his golden nunchucks. "Come on, Master Kung Ho!"
Po frowned. "It's called Kung Fu… and I will make sure you never forget that."
Po took a fighting stance, extending one hand forward and pulling the other back, steadying himself.
"Come on. Show me what a ninja is made of."
"Aaaah!" Jay shouted as he charged.
He swung his nunchucks toward Po—but Po easily dodged the attack and struck Jay in the chest with a single punch.
Jay was sent flying back toward the others. They jumped aside as he crashed into the ground.
"Jay!!" the others shouted.
They turned toward Po angrily, lowering their masks and drawing their Golden Weapons. Wu and Nya stepped aside to watch.
The ninja surrounded Po.
Cole said, "Alright, idiot. You're outnumbered. Let's see what you can do now."
"Gladly," Po replied with a smile.
"Aaaah!!!" the ninja shouted.
Kai and Cole rushed forward, while Zane threw his shuriken.
Po ducked under the shuriken, leaped over Cole's scythe, and kicked Kai's hand, sending his sword flying.
Then Po flipped between them and struck both Kai and Cole with a powerful kick, sending them crashing to the ground.
He landed smoothly and dashed toward Zane.
Zane threw another shuriken—but Po leaped between them, spun midair, and struck Zane in the face, sending him flying back into Jay.
Both of them fell to the ground, groaning in pain.
"Wow… he's amazing," Nya said in shock.
"Indeed," Wu replied thoughtfully.
Po brushed off his clothes and said, "Is that all? You don't live up to the legend, ninja."
The four ninja stood up and shouted in unison:
"You haven't seen anything yet… Ninjago!!"
They spun rapidly, forming four elemental tornadoes—each glowing with a different color.
The tornadoes rushed toward Po and slammed into him.
He was thrown back violently, flipping through the air before crashing into the ground.
Po groaned and saw drops of blood fall to the ground.
He touched his nose.
Blood.
Po smiled.
"So… I was wrong about you. This might actually be fun."
He removed his robe and hat, tossed them aside, and took his spear.
"Come on!!!"
They charged at each other.
Sparks flew as weapons clashed.
Po blocked attacks from Kai, Cole, and Jay at the same time—but Zane managed to freeze his feet with ice.
Po struggled—but the ice held him in place.
The ninja seized the opportunity, disarmed him, and stepped back.
"This will teach you not to mess with us," they said.
"Fire!!" Kai shouted.
"Earth!!" Cole shouted.
"Lightning!!" Jay shouted.
"Ice!!" Zane shouted.
"NINJAGO!!!"
Their combined elemental attack struck Po and blasted him through the gate, sending him flying down the mountain.
"Yeah! Take that, Master Kung Ho!" they cheered.
Master Wu remained silent.
"This isn't over yet…" he thought.
Suddenly—
BOOM!
A figure landed in front of them.
Po.
Standing.
Unshaken.
Po spoke calmly:
"Wu trained you well…"
Then he moved instantly—
He struck Jay in the chest with two fingers.
"Jay!!"
Then he struck the others—precisely.
Each of them collapsed, paralyzed.
They couldn't move… couldn't breathe.
"Kai!! Jay!!" Nya screamed, rushing toward them.
"They're not breathing!" she cried.
She turned to Po, tears in her eyes.
"You killed them!!"
She attacked him—but Po dodged easily.
"Nya, stop!" Master Wu said. "They are not dead."
"What?! But they're not breathing!"
Suddenly—
Zane stood up, gasping.
"I… am still standing."
Po narrowed his eyes.
Impossible…
Then Master Wu stepped forward.
"Enough. He has defeated you."
Wu raised his hands—golden energy flowed from his palms.
Po's eyes widened.
"This… is it Chi?"
No…
It felt different.
Stronger.
More refined.
Wu released the energy onto the ninja.
They recovered instantly.
"What happened?" they asked.
"You lost," Wu replied calmly.
Then he turned to Po.
"Ninja… welcome your new teammate."
The ninja stood, then said together:
"Welcome, Po."
Po smiled.
"The honor is mine."
He bowed.
"The student greets the master."
Master Wu smiled.
"Come. There is much to learn."
Then Master Wu and Po went inside the monastery, while the ninja and Nya remained in the yard, staring at their backs.
"Well… that was embarrassing," Cole said.
"Dammit!!" Kai cursed, slamming his fist against the wall in frustration.
"He completely destroyed us. He outclassed us in hand-to-hand combat, and even with weapons—his spear was everywhere. He was so solid, even our Golden Weapons couldn't break him. Even Spinjitzu and our elemental powers didn't work. This was the worst day of my life!" Jay said angrily as he sat on the ground.
"I've never seen anything like it. He was like a ghost—everywhere at once. Fast… strong… If this is Kung Fu, then maybe Spinjitzu isn't the strongest martial art like we thought," Zane said thoughtfully.
"Yeah, whatever that Kung Fu is… it hurts!" Cole said.
Nya spoke, still shaken. "That last move he used… your skin turned blue like a corpse, and you stopped breathing. I really thought you had…"
"Hey, hey, I'm here, Nya. I'm not dying anytime soon—especially not at the hands of that 'Kung Ho' master," Kai said, trying to comfort her.
"He said it's called Kung Fu… and that we'd never forget it. After today, I think he was right," Jay said, defeated.
"Whatever it is, ninja never give up," Cole said, clenching his fist. "He beat us today… but we'll get stronger and beat him next time."
"That's right," Kai added. "We'll show him he shouldn't mess with us."
"I don't know… he seemed polite, humble… and strong. And sensei accepted him as one of us," Zane said.
"Not now, Zane!" they all replied.
---
And just like that, Po was accepted as a new member of the ninja.
Two months passed quickly.
Po adapted to life with the ninja. They became friends—at least to some extent. Because of Po's presence, they became more competitive, trained harder, and pushed themselves further.
Then the day came.
Po finally mastered Spinjitzu.
The ninja, Po, and Master Wu gathered in the monastery courtyard.
"Show us, Po," Master Wu said.
Po smiled.
"NINJAGO!!"
He spun rapidly, forming a powerful crimson tornado, spinning with incredible speed and destructive force.
When he stopped—
He revealed his ninja outfit.
Jay shouted, "This isn't fair!! Sensei, he got a better costume!!"
Po stood before them, wearing a blood-red outfit with black stripes and a red dragon symbol. His mask matched the same colors.
Po smiled proudly.
"The Crimson Ninja… at your service."
"Hey!! Red is MY color!" Kai shouted.
"Not anymore," Po replied with a smirk.
Suddenly—
Nya burst in.
"Guys, we have a problem!"
The ninja turned.
"What?? Is someone else climbing the mountain again?"
"No… it's Lord Garmadon!! He's back!! He was seen in Jamanakai Village!!"
Nya glanced at Po's outfit… and her expression shifted briefly—something like jealousy crossed her face.
The ninja became serious.
Master Wu said firmly:
"Go. Only you five can face him. Protect the village."
The ninja put on their masks and rushed to the dragon stables.
They mounted their dragons—
Po followed Cole and held tightly.
They took off.
---
"I wonder if we can defeat Lord Garmadon easily this time," Zane said.
"I want to try some new moves," Cole added.
"This time, Ninjago will never suffer again," Kai said.
Jay said nervously, "Am I the only one worried about facing the Dark Lord?"
Po spoke calmly:
"Never underestimate your enemy. My father always told me that."
Jay replied, "Your mysterious father? You never told us about him."
Po said, "Not now. I'll tell you another time. Focus on the mission."
"Po is right," Kai said. "Now… let's race!"
"NINJAGO!!"
The ninja sped up.
Po held on tightly.
"STOP!! Damn you guys!! AAAHHH!!"
He screamed—
Then suddenly…
Silence.
He opened his eyes.
He was on the ground.
The ninja were laughing.
Jay said, "The great Crimson Ninja… afraid of heights!"
They laughed.
Po shouted angrily:
"CAN WE FOCUS ON THE MISSION?!!"
They stopped laughing.
Their expressions turned serious.
They entered the village.
People were screaming and hiding in their houses, and a large shadow appeared on one of the walls. The ninja pulled out their weapons and prepared for the worst, then they heard a voice:
"Muhahahaha! I am Lord Lloyd Garmadon, son of Lord Garmadon! I order you all to give me all the candy in this village! Muhahahaha!"
Jay shouted, "What?? I thought we were going to fight Lord Garmadon!"
Zane replied and said, "This is his son."
Then Po said, "I can't believe it. It's a waste of time."
Then he turned and disappeared in a blur of speed. After Lloyd's farce and dealing with him, the ninja returned to their dragons and saw Po looking at a scroll with intense concentration.
Then Kai said, "Hey Po, what are you doing??"
There, Po turned to them and said, "Guys, come look at this."
The ninja gathered around Po, and behind the scroll were four ninja with a green ninja in the middle of them.
"Wow," Jay says, "guys, is that us??"
Then Po says, "I found this manuscript by chance in Kai's bag. It says that there is a ninja who will stand out from the rest, and he will be the strongest and fastest among them all, and his destiny will be to defeat the Overlord, the legendary Green Ninja."
"This is amazing!" Jay shouts.
Then Kai says, "Is it possible that I am the Green Ninja?"
Cole says, "This is impossible; it is supposed to be me."
Then Zane says, "Your skills are low, but it is clear that I will be the Green Ninja."
Then they turn to Po, who closed the scroll and said, "I do not care about the Green Ninja. I will make my own way, and it will be great too."
Then the five ninja returned to the monastery and began to compete to find out who is the Green Ninja, except for Po, who was trying to reach inner peace, but to no avail.
Po opened his eyes and said, "What is preventing me from achieving peace with myself?"
Po looked at the majestic Ninjago land from the top of the monastery and contemplated its beauty.
Then he thought about Lloyd: "Did I make the right choice by letting Garmadon's son go? I hope I did not make a grave mistake."
