Chapter 454: Super Dragon Balls in Hand
While the Grand Zeno was over there explaining the upcoming Tournament of Power to the twelve Gods of Destruction and twelve Supreme Kai,

During the assembly in the Grand Zeno's palace, where the Grand Zeno was explaining the Tournament of Power, East Supreme Kibito Kai suddenly received Zuno's transmission.
"Lord Supreme Kibito Kai, this is Zuno."

"Whis, use your abilities to locate Uchiha Dali for me. I want to see what that brat is doing."
Beerus whispered.
"But Lord Beerus, this is the Grand Zeno's palace. It would be inappropriate to use my abilities openly."
"If you anger the Grand Zeno, it could be disastrous."
At that, Beerus instantly went pale, cold sweat pouring down his back.
He waved a hand dismissively. "Never mind, never mind—I was just testing you, Whis."
"For your sake, I hope that's true, Lord Beerus."

The rest would require a trip to Universe 6.

He quickly emerged from the dimensional barrier separating Universe 7 and Universe 6.
Universe 6's God of Destruction was Champa, Beerus's brother.
But that glutton clearly hadn't noticed Uchiha Dali's arrival, leaving him free to move as he pleased.
With Zuno's coordinates, he effortlessly found another Super Dragon Ball.
"The One-Star Ball."
"That leaves the Six-Star and Seven-Star Super Dragon Balls. Once I have those, I can summon Super Shenron."
It was said that Super Shenron was truly omnipotent, capable of granting any wish in any universe.
Uchiha Dali was already looking forward to it.
He shifted again, appearing on yet another nameless planet.
"This is the sixth Super Dragon Ball…"
