Chapter 420: The Four Join Forces
Faced with Uchiha Dali's question, Shibai looked at him meaningfully but didn't give a direct answer.
He smiled slightly. "Since we've already talked this far, let's give it a try."
"You all saw it just now. That wasn't my full strength, but even if I went all out, it's obvious I still wouldn't be able to break through this dimensional barrier."
"Next, the four of us will combine our power and unleash our strongest attacks together to see if it works. If it still doesn't…"
"Then it can only mean we're not destined to reach a higher dimension."
After speaking, he turned his gaze toward the Ōtsutsuki King and Ōtsutsuki Aoshe.
Although he hadn't given a direct answer, those words were basically a clear response to Uchiha Dali's earlier question.
He wanted everyone's help — to work together and shatter the dimensional wall.
The Ōtsutsuki King and Ōtsutsuki Aoshe, of course, had no objections. They had also just witnessed the existence of another world.
That world filled them with both longing and curiosity.
But unless the dimensional barrier was broken, they couldn't go there to explore it.
And since it was Shibai himself who proposed it, they couldn't ask for a better opportunity.
"I have no objections."
"Neither do I."
Both the Ōtsutsuki King and Ōtsutsuki Aoshe nodded in unison.
Then, together with Shibai, they turned to look at Uchiha Dali.
"Well, since you've all said that, what else can I say?"
Uchiha Dali turned his gaze back to the spot where Shibai had struck just moments ago.
He casually raised his hand to test it himself.
A burst of Dust Release shot out instantly.
Among all ninjutsu, Dust Release was one of the most powerful offensive techniques.
And now, Uchiha Dali's strength was on an entirely different level — he had already ascended to godhood.
In theory, every ninjutsu he used would automatically be elevated into a divine art.
The moment his Divine Art: Dust Release was unleashed, it inflicted immense damage upon the void.
Visible shockwaves spread outward, followed by violent explosions. The same phenomenon Shibai had caused moments ago appeared once again.
The endless darkness and mist were blown away.
Before them appeared that same mysterious world — blue skies, white clouds, green mountains, and flowing rivers — as though there were no barriers at all.
However, despite the overwhelming impact of his attack, it failed to push any further forward. The force began dispersing in all directions instead.
Seeing this, the hopeful Shibai, along with the Ōtsutsuki King and Ōtsutsuki Aoshe, all showed visible disappointment.
Uchiha Dali, however, merely shrugged indifferently. "Looks like one person's strength really isn't enough to break through this barrier."
Of course, he hadn't gone all out.
But that brief test was enough for him to gauge the true strength of this dimensional wall.
It was definitely not something that could be destroyed by a single individual.
Uchiha Dali understood that perfectly.
And since even he said he couldn't break it, the Ōtsutsuki King and Ōtsutsuki Aoshe naturally wouldn't doubt him — they would only assume they were even less capable of doing so.
The two immediately turned their gazes toward Shibai.
Shibai then said, "Right now, we have four gods in total — an immense power. But we can't simply release that power individually."
"If we do that, we can't bring out our full potential."
Uchiha Dali's expression grew wary. "So what are you suggesting?"
"Lend me your power."
"I'll deliver the strongest attack myself and see whether I can finally break this damned barrier!"
Shibai stated his plan clearly.
He wanted the three of them — including Uchiha Dali — to lend him their strength.
It sounded nice when he said "lend."
But in practice, what would really happen was another matter entirely.
Uchiha Dali certainly wasn't about to trust him so easily.
After all, this man had become a god thousands of years earlier — perhaps even longer ago.
No one knew the true limits of his power.
If he used this opportunity — under the pretext of breaking the dimensional wall — to steal their energy, it would be too late for regrets.
Before Uchiha Dali could voice his refusal, however, the Ōtsutsuki King and Ōtsutsuki Aoshe spoke up first.
"My apologies, Lord Shibai, but I cannot agree to that proposal. Even if it's you, it's hard for us to believe you wouldn't turn that power against us."
The Ōtsutsuki King was the first to speak, shaking his head firmly. Right after him, Aoshe followed suit, equally unwilling to share his power.
Even if Shibai said he only wanted to borrow it, not take it.
Shibai seemed to have anticipated this response. He didn't react immediately but instead turned toward Uchiha Dali.
"You're not planning to lend me your power either, are you?"
"I'm afraid not."
Uchiha Dali nodded.
Hearing his decisive answer, Shibai suddenly smiled.
Instead of showing anger, he chuckled lightly and said calmly, "Alright then. Since you all don't trust me, let's just attack the dimensional barrier together and see if we can break it."
With that, he wasted no more words and immediately took his stance.
Seeing this, the Ōtsutsuki King and Ōtsutsuki Aoshe followed suit at once.
With the other three ready, Uchiha Dali naturally wouldn't be the odd one out.
This time, he prepared to unleash an attack even stronger than Dust Release.
"You all know that technique, don't you?"
"Let's all use it at the same time and see what happens."
As he spoke, a gray-black chakra rod appeared in Uchiha Dali's hand.
The moment they saw it, the other three immediately understood which technique he meant.
"Divine Art: All-Killing Ash Bones, huh?"
"It's been quite a while since I've used that kind of single-target attack…"
The Ōtsutsuki King and Ōtsutsuki Aoshe exchanged glances, then immediately followed his lead and unleashed the same technique.
It was a signature ability of nearly all true-blooded Ōtsutsuki — except for the lowest-ranking ones.
The difference lay only in how much power each could wield.
Even the ordinary All-Killing Ash Bones could reduce a foe to dust — once touched, even someone of equal strength would die instantly.
Now, with Uchiha Dali and the others using Divine Art: All-Killing Ash Bones, its power was beyond imagination.
Seeing their actions, Shibai nodded slightly. At the same time, a chakra rod appeared naturally in his hand as well.
But unlike the others, the color of Shibai's chakra rod was different from theirs.
