Uchiha Dali had been waiting precisely for this moment.

The other man sneered, his gaze sliding toward Ōtsutsuki Shoushi, who was completely immobilized and unable to break free from Uchiha Dali's binding.
A flash of contempt and greed flickered across his eyes.
He mocked coldly, "You fool—you're a disgrace to the Ōtsutsuki clan. Your shortsightedness caused your mission to fail, Shoushi. So now, I'll clean up our family's mess first."
"After that, I'll deal with you."
That last part, of course, was directed at Uchiha Dali.
Hearing that, Uchiha Dali gave a short laugh.
"Such big talk."
"Aren't you even a little curious why I waited here just for you—and why I spared this guy's life?"
He asked with a teasing smile.
As expected, the Ōtsutsuki warrior looked intrigued. He nodded slightly. "Indeed, I should ask."
"So, what's your purpose?"
"You came here for the energy in his body, didn't you?"
"Rushing all the way here from afar… how diligent of you."
"To reward your hard work and dedication, I've decided to give you a gift."
Uchiha Dali's voice carried a mocking edge.
"A gift?"
The man narrowed his eyes.
It was obvious he could tell Uchiha Dali's words carried another meaning.
"Kid, stop playing tricks in front of me. When I was conquering galaxies, you didn't even exist yet!"
"I know you're eager to die—but don't worry. Once I deal with this traitor, I'll take my time finishing you off."
As soon as he said that, he prepared to strike at Ōtsutsuki Shoushi, intending to seize his energy.
Faced with the threat, Shoushi finally spoke again.
"Uchiha Dali, this guy is the captain of the Second Enforcement Squad. He has already evolved through the Divine Demon Fusion Technique—his power far surpasses mine."
"And I'll tell you another secret: within the Divine Realm Enforcement Division, squad numbers correspond to strength. My First Squad is the weakest overall; the further down the list, the stronger the team."

After saying that, Ōtsutsuki Shoushi slowly closed his eyes.

Still, he gave a small nod of thanks for Shoushi's final warning.

As soon as he finished speaking, Uchiha Dali moved—faster than the eye could follow—appearing right before Ōtsutsuki Shoushi. He raised his hand, and a terrifying surge of power burst forth.
Caught off guard, Ōtsutsuki Hishiki was blasted backward instantly.

As his words fell, he finished draining all of Ōtsutsuki Shoushi's energy.
He casually flicked the remaining husk, which disintegrated instantly into ash, vanishing without a trace.
Then Uchiha Dali crooked a finger toward Hishiki. "Come on. Don't tell me I have to come get you myself?"
"Hmph! I'll grant your wish!"
With a cold snort, Ōtsutsuki Hishiki attacked.
In an instant, countless bizarre weapons materialized from thin air—razor-sharp ice spikes, rocket launchers, divine blades, and more.
All of them surged toward Uchiha Dali at once, their destructive power immense.
But Uchiha Dali only chuckled.
"Oh? Is this your so-called power that's supposed to kill me? Tsk, tsk…"
"Looks pretty unimpressive."
With just a lift of his hand, every single attack dissolved into nothingness—vanishing like smoke in the wind.
