Chapter 39 - Chapter 39 Unexpected Embarrassment

But remembering that his sisters were still beside him, he forced his expression to look calm and neutral, as he didn't want to look like a damn creep or a weirdo.

'I am not! Okay? It's just that I am currently too happy right now, that's it.'

Defending himself in his mind, Xiao was about to say something else when, in the next moment, he suddenly remembered something and froze.

'Wait... what does she mean by saying she searched thoroughly through every corner of my body???!! No, don't tell me it is what I think it is!!! Dammit, are you kidding me???!!!!'

Seeing him freeze, both of them stopped their thoughts and looked at him in confusion.

Rose asked curiously.

"What happened, little brother? Did you remember something? Or is there anything else that is concerning you?"

Elizabeth did not speak, but the look in her eyes said everything, as she too wanted to know what had happened.

Xiao made a dramatic expression as he pointed his finger at Rose, accusing her.

"You... you... what do you mean you searched thoroughly through every corner of my body??! What does that mean!!!"

He covered his whole body with his hands as he cried out loud.

"You!! You!!! Dammit!!!"

At first, Rose was confused, but after hearing him, her eyes widened slightly as realization dawned upon her. Then she laughed out loud.

"Hahahahahahahah!"

Xiao gritted his teeth.

"Dammit! Sister Rose, don't bully the weak like that!!"

But Rose did not stop laughing. Instead, holding her belly, she laughed even louder as tears seemed to form at the corners of her eyes from laughing too much.

Xiao snorted coldly.

"Hmph. I will complain to Aunt Yao about it. She will discipline you properly."

Even Elizabeth covered her mouth with her hand as she giggled.

"Ahh, Xiao'er, no need to feel too embarrassed. When you were little, you always liked to take baths with us. Alas, those days feel like yesterday."

Hearing this, Xiao's face and ears almost turned red from embarrassment as he cursed inwardly.

'Ah, dammit! How embarrassing. Never in my life had I imagined that, i the great and mighty Xiao, would see such a day. These witches are simply too shameless, goddammit!'

But then he looked at them with an exaggerated expression as Xiao sighed dramatically with a ridiculous smile on his face.

"Ahhh, dammit!! My purity is being threatened!"

Then there was a moment of silence between them.

After that, all of them exploded into laughter.

"Pfffffff! Little brother, you really know how to joke around, huh? As expected of my little brother!!"

"Haha, really, Xiao'er, you're the best!"

"Hehehe, Sister Elizabeth, it's nothing. I am not that great. I mean... am I? Who knows~"

After laughing and having some fun conversations with them, Xiao had a slightly gloomy but calm expression on his face. Xiao thought with a sigh.

'Sigh... this is why you shouldn't celebrate too early. One moment I am too happy and arrogant, and the next moment I am feeling ashamed and like I just ate a load of shit. Ah, damn you witches. Uh... really, is this what they call falling from Heaven to hell? Truly, it's a bizarre experience.'

He thought as he cursed and criticized them in his mind while looking at his sisters as they continued having a conversation.

Xiao coughed as he spoke.

"Ah, ladies! I hate to break it to you. But you see, I am feeling really, really hungry right now. Can we have some breakfast? My belly feels full. Uh... no, I mean empty! Yes, that was it. So can we have some food now?"

Hearing this, both Elizabeth and Rose froze as their eyes widened slightly as realization dawned upon them.

Rose almost facepalmed herself.

"Ah no, how could we forget such a thing!"

Elizabeth looked at him with a worried expression.

"Xiao'er, you must be very hungry, right? Please forgive us. We almost forgot about feeding you. Don't worry, I will have breakfast prepared immediately!"

Xiao waved his hand as he rubbed his temples.

"Ah no, it's fine. You guys don't have to panic so much. Just get me some food and it's fine."

He felt that they were just overexaggerating things because they had merely forgotten to give him food.

Elizabeth shook her head.

"That's not it. It was our duty and responsibility as your elder sisters to take care of you and make sure that you're not having trouble with anything or needing anything."

Rose nodded.

"Exactly. That's what Mother told and taught us, and we feel the same way as well."

Xiao shrugged indifferently.

"Do what you see fit."

Anyway, he wasn't going to argue with them over such a small thing because he didn't think it was a big deal. However, if they saw the same thing as something serious and a grave mistake, then let them be.

Because it was pointless to argue with someone who was a yandere, let alone his current family in this world, who were simply pure yanderes. Xiao cursed inwardly.

'Ah, really great. My luck always ends up tied to a bunch of yanderes. Sigh... am I a yandere-attracting magnet or something? Dammit.'

Laughing self deprecatingly in his mind, Xiao watched as his sister Rose pulled out a communication talisman from her space ring and ordered a maid to bring some food for them.

Watching it, Xiao thought it would take some time to prepare the food and have it delivered here. But to his surprise, it took less than five minutes for the food to arrive.

A maid delivered it to their table, arranged everything perfectly, bowed to them, and then left.

Sitting at the dining table with Elizabeth and Rose on both sides of him, Xiao looked at the extravagant and delicious food in front of him. The dishes looked as though they were made from spiritual ingredients that he had seen in the memories.

'Damn, this looks so delicious and mouthwatering! I wonder what it would taste like?'

Xiao was almost starving just looking at the food. If it were not for his sisters being with him, he might have already pounced on it and started feasting like a starving beast.
