The taxi driver, seeing the situation, astutely got out to open the back door for Chi Cheng and An Ran.
Chi Cheng placed An Ran inside and quickly followed her in.
After naming the villa, the taxi driver promptly started the engine.
An Ran hadn't walked far, just a little over a kilometer, within the starting fare; they arrived quickly.
Chi Cheng took out a full bill and handed it over, politely saying thank you.
