Makeup artist Xiao Zhao winked at her, with a slightly inquisitive tone: "You've been working with Director Wu for so long, they're professionals, how could they not handle the wires properly? I heard from the old hands in the crew that there's a 'good friend' onsite who doesn't want us to shoot!"
"Nonsense, there's no such thing as a good friend." Tang Qian felt a bit guilty, even more unlucky, then couldn't help but say, "We even burned incense before filming, how could something happen?"
Xiao Zhao seemed even more interested, spilling the beans: "You don't know? Did you just see the Kuan River at the foot of the mountain? Rumor has it there's a Water Ghost inside, very fierce. The reservoir on the mountain connects to the Kuan River below, no one usually dares to go there. Our crew chose to shoot here, maybe it's disturbed someone and made our good friend upset."
