Mo Chuxi opened the drawer, searched around, and found there was no stomach medicine inside.
"Did you remember wrong? There's no stomach medicine here."
He said, standing up.
Wen Xin quickly turned around and walked to the cabinet on the other side of the bed.
"Sorry, Chuxi, I remembered wrong, it's in this drawer."
She apologized.
Then she crouched down in pain and took out the stomach medicine from the drawer.
Mo Chuxi glanced at her and then around the room.
"Where's the hot water?"
"Hot water needs to be boiled."
Wen Xin looked at him, somewhat embarrassed.
"Chuxi, why are you here tonight? Am I delaying you from going home? Won't Mrs. Mo be worried? How about this, you should just go back, don't worry about me, after all, I won't die."
Upon hearing this, Mo Chuxi paused slightly, his long eyes glanced at her, then turned and walked into the open kitchen.
"I'll boil some water for you, I'll leave after you take your medicine."
"Chuxi, thank you."
