As soon as they heard that Easton Holmes was treating them, Athena Linton and William Turner, who were arguing in the back, immediately stopped. William scooted forward, "Isn't my brother-in-law broke? How's he treating us?"
He glanced at his sister, then at his brother-in-law who was driving, unsure which of the two was telling the truth.
"You two just wait to eat to your hearts' content. Your brother-in-law will figure out the money part himself," Lily Turner patted her younger brother's head and smiled, "You just sit back down, no one's going to make you stay behind to wash dishes at the restaurant."
She realized her brother really was a straightforward, naïve young man.
Athena leaned over to join the fun, making the other three in the car burst into laughter, "William! Don't worry, if anyone's staying to wash dishes, it won't be you. Today, my brother's treating, so if anyone's staying, it'll be him."
