Alice Conley knocked her son's head with annoyance, "You're so talkative. Do you think we don't want to find her immediately? Do you think finding someone is that easy?"
The boy confidently replied, "If you really can't find her, I'll go, but you have to give me money. Without money, I can't take a plane to J City, and taxis cost money too."
Alice Conley got so angry she wanted to knock her son on the head again, but this time, Jasper Howards, the little friend, cleverly dodged.
"You usually act as if you can't stand Ivy. Why are you suddenly so eager to find her now?" Alice Conley asked.
"I don't dislike her, and besides, she's actually okay, at least better than those clingy little girls in kindergarten. At most, she's just a bit dumb." Jasper Howards said. He truly wanted to find Harper Kinston. Even at his age, he knew that kids who got separated from their parents ended up in a bad situation.
