Adam didn't truly understand why he was kneeling on the ground after barely recovering from having his body torn to shreds not even a few minutes ago. He had been the one to save the group from dying at Aria's hands but Luna and Lily were not happy in the way that he went about it.
"Why are you always hurting yourself like this?! Can you imagine how Penny would have reacted if she saw you like this?" Luna chatised, a hand on her hip as she glared angrily at him with her ruby eyes.
Adam wanted to say that she would probably be laughing at him for being lectured like this but his danger sense told him that would be a terrible thing to actually say. What surprised him though wasn't Luna's anger towards his self sacrifice but the fact that it was Lily who was somehow scaring him more at the moment compared to the tiny beserker girl.
