When Adrian returned, he found that Ember hadn't gone on ahead after all. He was still standing there waiting, though his expression was so dark it looked as if he wanted to stab Adrian to death on the spot.
Especially when he saw Adrian casually adjusting his belt, the plastic file folder in Ember's hand was nearly crushed instantly.
Adrian sighed helplessly.
"Hey, what's wrong with you now? Those are important documents."
"Don't touch me." Ember shot Adrian a cold glance before turning and walking away.
Adrian merely shrugged and quickly followed after him.
Only the viewers had eyes sharp enough to piece everything together.
