Liam came out of the water and removed the wet clothes completely before letting them go into the pool. He wasn't going to wear them anyway.
They were torn and ragged from the fight, stained with dirt and dried blood, and now that they had found their horses and bags again clothes were no longer a problem. He peeled the soaked fabric off his body piece by piece and dropped everything into the clear water without a second thought.
Once he was fully naked he slid back into the pool. The cool water closed over his skin and immediately began to soothe the lingering ache in his muscles. He let himself float gently, arms spread, head tilted back, eyes half closed as the crystal light from the cave walls shimmered across the surface.
