Leaving only the escape pods and landing craft they deployed in emergency toward Prima Terra and only Prima Terra.
With the mortella's leadership destroyed, the local militias would be fighting them on ground for the first time in their history. The locals and remnants of mortella would also be able to figure out where Jace's group was since a massive blue-green beam destroyed the retreating portion of the mortella. Then there were the various other nations, with the mortella in play, even if it was just remnants, they all had a claim and reason to be in this galaxy.
